A statue of Ron DeSantis — an official who denies global climate warming — was installed in New York, made of gallium, a metal that melts at room temperature. The installation, titled "Denial," was created by advertising agency Uncommon, environmentalists from 350Action, and producers from M ss ng P eces.

Before the eyes of passersby, the politician's figure literally melts into a puddle, exposing the skull. The developers didn't hold back on timing either: the finale coincides with Halloween, the end of the governor's term, and the midterm elections.
