As far as my understanding is for the WWR 24th. Is to meet at the lower part of Sea Point Boulevard closer to putt putt course and to take a Lekker long walk to freedom to the end of the Boulevard and back. There are no speekers ....you are the voice of your freedom!! Each to your own risk when it comes to inforcement resistance, but loads of space to disperse if need to. Any vib ideas are welcome.
