A beautiful sunny day awaited Resistance agents that arrived to Ostrava 🇨🇿 for a fun day of festivities, meeting friends & gathering Shards this Saturday! ☀️

Agents from all over Czech Republic were reinforced by Polish & Slovak and even French agents - they enjoyed a lunch & farm together before heading to the Shard locations 🥳

The sprawling former mining city provided an interesting challenge, with a Shard eventually jumping all the way to the now forested spoil tip about a kilometer outside the city center 🤩

Meeting a force similar in strength with both sides wrestling heavily to gain advantage, the relentless efforts of our agents in the end achieved 5 Shards for RES 😍 and denial of the last 3!

The event that eventually resulted in a draw was concluded in a friendly manner at an XF afterparty with both factions gathering for a joint photo and agents exchanging biocards & stories 🍻 A mild rain finally arrived to cool the city on the way to after-after party 🍸

CZRES also appreciates Niantic for noticing other Czech cities and we are looking forward to which one Niantic chooses next time! 🙏
