He replied: "I think most people can learn a lot more than they think they can. They sell themselves short without trying. It's important to view knowledge as a semantic tree. Make sure you understand the fundamental principles, i.e. the trunk and big branches, before you get into the leaves/details or there is nothing for them to hang on to."
This sentiment reminds me of a quote from John Reed in a book called Succeeding. He says: "When you first start to study a field, it seems like you have to memorize a zillion things. You don't. What you need is to identify the core principles – generally three to twelve of them – that govern the field. The million things you thought you had to memorize are simply various combinations of the core principles."

去年思考公司业务的时候画了这么一个简单的三角形。今天思考 2021 年的方向，觉得这个三角形不需要变化，因为 2020 验证可行。
体验表示产品体验、内容体验和品牌体验。我们已经有好几个产品，同时也有一直在运营公众号、微博等内容。提升产品体验是我们投入最多精力的，同时也兼顾持续输出内容。我相信，优秀的产品会带给用户价值，用户和平台也会愿意推荐给更多的人，比如 2020 年我们被 App Store 推荐了几十次获得了 2 亿的展示量，优质的内容也是一样。
于是我们就能持续获得稳定的流量，流量部分转化为付费，我们获得收入，流量增加，收入增加，体验提升，转化率上升，收入继续增加。收入增加后我们有更多的钱投入到产品体验的改进中，提升公司效率。今年我招了一个 iOS 开发工程师和一个设计师，有一个固定的安卓开发兼职。于是我们可以做更多的事情，把产品做的更好，又开始重复这个循环。
这是一个正向循环，我觉得很适合独立开发者起步。可能反人性的两点是，去努力获得流量和把赚来的钱继续投入研发。

昨晚，某卖片群管理因近期人人关闭了熟肉下载渠道，发了一句“人人以后不会有了”。被豆瓣鹅组转发，改称“人人影视字幕组真的凉了”。29分钟后，被微博博主“大侦探何志武”转发，网友结合已关闭资源下载的人人影视客户端，信以为真，一时间引发了大量转发，不同平台均有涉及。时刻观察大陆互联网的台湾小便也在一小时后写下了这样的标题：「網爆人人影視GG了 官網公告：感謝大家一直以來支持」。在Telegram上，也有关注数上万的频道因该消息发现了5天前的事情：例如这个。推特上更是有人宣称“人人影视被条子一锅端了”。
人人字幕组凉了的谣言，就这么诞生了 。
直到今天被字幕组工作组人员辟谣，该帖子才被豆瓣鹅组的发帖人修改为“麻烦不要只嘴里说是谣言，能让用户正常使用app才是真正的辟谣”，和被该小组管理员关闭。

原因忘掉了。大概率是想要，或者某种情结。
“想要”没有逻辑，是内心的某种渴求。
我过去一两年，很多时候被想要做一个产品。我虽然知道不要轻易进去，也不要轻易放弃，但还是会因为“想要”，而少了很多思考。声波便是如此，网站上线之后，很多进度都很慢，我也需要真正的思考该网站能提供什么独特价值。
之前说想到只是把群聊做成网站，成本低等表面的问题，实际上也是因为“想要”而造成的
我早有觉悟，因为“想要”，第一个产品多半是失败的，之前也尝试过一个小的工具，但都还没有上线，就被开发搁置，说有时间再干。
如果你想要获得成功，这样的“想要”越早完成越好。
这样的现象在开发者身上经常可以看到。今天也是因为团队里某个人的“想要”才想吐槽这一段的。
