an Internet Treasure is a service on the Internet that is wide open, gets better when more people use it, and solves a need that many/all of us have。

Media

John Lilly: You also are known for reading a lot of history (including physical books), why do you think it's important to study history?
Patrick Collison: It’s a way to cheat. You could try to pound your head against the wall and think of original ideas — or you can cheat by reading them in books.

“We NO the Future.

When you bought your first smartphone, did you know you would spend more than 1,000 hours a year looking at it?
Months later, can you remember how you spent those hours?
When you upgraded to a new smartphone, so you could spend more hours on it, did you think about how you had spent so much of your ‘free’ time the year before?
If we wasted money the way we waste time, we’d all be bankrupt.
