𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭:
• 8+ years of experience, 4+ years in the Gaming Industry
• Strong understanding of all aspects of art direction and marketing production for mobile games
• Thorough understanding of digital/traditional and graphic art techniques
• Knowledge in either graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or motion design (After Effects, Blender, etc.)
• Experience producing high-quality marketing assets, including promotional art, social media graphics, trailers, and UI/UX elements
• A good understanding of character/environment design is a major asset
• Passion for games and creating fun content
• Self-motivated with excellent communication, organizational skills, team spirit, and proactivity
• Fluent English

Портфолио компании насчитывает более 20 игр, включая такие хиты, как Warface, Perfect World, Аллоды Онлайн и Atomic Heart. Astrum Entertainment работает с продуктами разных жанров: MMORPG, шутеры, стратегии и другие. Команда компании состоит из профессионалов, которые стоят у истоков российского геймдева.

Задачи:
• производство и контроль качества бренд-ассетов;
• позиционирование проекта на территории России СНГ и Европы совместно с маркетологами;
• менеджмент реализации маркетинговой стратегии;
• утверждение планов продвижения, бюджетирование;
• контроль выполнения планов и эффективности маркетинговых программ;
• осуществление маркетингового анализа в рамках решаемых задач (рынок, конкуренты, целевая аудитория, продукт, маркетинговые активности) совместно с командой аналитики и исследований;
• поиск новых источников аудитории и точек роста для проекта;
• координация Brand Marketing, UA, PR, Influence, SMM и комьюнити активности по проекту;
• взаимодействие с подрядчиками в рамках подготовки и реализации маркетинговых активностей;
• формирование отчетов по маркетинговым активностям.

Требования:
• опыт работы бренд-менеджером игровых проектов или маркетологом айти продуктов;
• стратегическое мышление;
• умение писать коммуникационные сообщения и брифовать смежные команды;
• умение работать в режиме многозадачности;
• опыт и желание реализовывать out of the box проекты (партизанский маркетинг, нестандартные коллаборации, ситуативный маркетинг);
• умение управлять бюджетом;
• высокий уровень эмпатии и фокус на коллаборацию.
