SMM Manager/Targeting Specialist

Ferla Bikes is the current leader in the design and manufacturing of commercial tricycles and cargo bikes.
📱What you will be doing:
- Work directly with the CEO or Marketing Manager to delegate responsibilities and tasks to the marketing team,
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines,
- Set up, launch, measure, and optimize paid, email, social, and organic marketing and advertising campaigns across Ferla Bikes and Ferla Family Cargo Bikes,
- Audience analysis, researching, and finding the best audience layers and combinations for use in campaigns,
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards that clearly communicate campaign performance and progress towards our marketing objectives.
📱What you need for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field,
- 3+ years of professional experience in social media strategy and digital marketing,
- Has accomplished successful large-scale campaigns/projects,
- Hands-on experience with major online marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager, Google Adwords, and testing tools,
- Experience with A/B Testing, experiment development, and reporting presentation,
- Experience with marketing CRM tools are a plus.

- $1000 - $1500 per month,
- UTC-8, USA, CA,
- English Intermediate,
