As for Liverpool, they're the best team in England right now sitting top, scored most goals & the joint-best defence. Up against a United side who have lost their last 4/4 and look extremely poor under Amorim. Should be a comfortable home win for the leaders.

First of all, this game is officially a Sorrento home game but being played at Potenza's home ground due to issues with Sorrento's own stadium so Sorrento get no home advantage at all. They are in awful form with 4 losses 1 draw in their last 5, sold their best player Francesco just now and I think the bookmakers probably priced this up due to home advantage which doesn't exist because Potenza are one of league's most in-form sides losing just one game in their last 16. Already beat Sorrento earlier this season at this same ground, will have extra rest as their game at the weekend was postponed and they look a great bet considering we get a refund if they only manage a draw.

Fleetwood sit midtable, but come into this game in great form beating 2 of the league's top sides Salford & MK Dons back to back. Just 1 narrow loss in 5 vs a strong Doncaster side & now up against rock-bottom Carlisle who have won just once in their last 11 league games and now lost their last 3/3, failing to score in their last 2. As for Barnet, they sit 3rd in the league table but just 1pt behind top spot. One of the strongest squads in the division, 2nd best home record with 10 wins 3 draws & zero losses. Up against a Maidenhead side who are awful away from home. 7 losses in their last 8 on the road & Barnet coming off a 3-0 thrashing of a decent Southend side. Expect another home win. Looks a solid double to me.

As I'm writing this, Stevenage are 2-0 up away from home to Wrexham and are absolutely hammering them in terms of performance too (12 shots to 2). Keep in mind Wrexham have the best home record in the league (12 wins 3 draws). Stevenage have been in brilliant form before this too, winning 1-0 away at Barnsley, beating Stockport at home & hammering Bristol Rovers 3-0 here too. Now they face an Exeter side who are struggling. 4 losses in 6 away games, were poor in the 3-1 home loss to Blackpool this past weekend and as I write this, they are 4-0 down at HT to Leyton Orient. Just 1 win in 5 and interestingly this game is sandwiched between their 2 Champions League games against Juventus which means we could see rotation for the UCL 2nd leg. Utrecht are the best away team in the league (7 wins, 4 draws), yet to lose on the road. Sit 3rd in the league and certainly capable of causing PSV problems so this handicap looks too big for them. A small stake on them to pull off an upset also worth it.

However, their performances have been impressive and they're putting up a real fight to stay up. 4pts from safety & huge motivation as they badly need points to survive. As for Stevenage, it's the opposite story. Sitting in 13th, it looks like they won't get playoffs and won't get relegated, so motivation towards the end of the season is low. Players didn't look motivated in their 1-0 home loss to 10 men Burton who sit inside the relegation zone & now its 4 losses & 1 draw in their last 5 games in all comps. I'm expecting a heavily motivated Shrewsbury side to get a result.

After losing at home to fellow strugglers Cambridge today, Shrewsbury are almost confirmed to get relegated. 8 losses in 11 and performance levels are horrific, as they are giving away huge chances on a consistent basis and offering nothing in attack. Lincoln don't really have much to play for and haven't been that great away from home but they're still producing great performances at their own patch. 3 wins from 4 here beating Huddersfield 1-0, Bristol Rovers 5-0 & Crawley 4-1 and Shrewsbury are worse than all those sides right now. Expecting a comfortable home win here against a Shrewsbury side that are absolutely hopeless at the moment and will also be playing a midweek game so expect some tired legs too.

Good news for them is Metz failed to promote directly & must play in the 2nd round of playoffs next week. This means they will be heavily resting key players in this game, with an eye on that playoff game and Laval should really be taking an advantage of this considering their motivation levels. The Metz coach also said the players are mentally affected after throwing away automatic promotion. Good value on the home team.
