Time to share one of all time favourite wines. This is not one can just casually afford any day of the week, it is a rare and special treat. Our first tasting of this actually came during a stint we had at a fine wine shop many years back. It was the first wine to properly show to many of us just what could be achieved with wine making. That moment when all the faffy things wine people say about the aromas, palate, texture, all made complete sense.
So it's unsurprising that we are also featuring it in our Australia collection right!
