This book provides a practical guide to building and maintaining good habits.
It has been 2 years that I've read it🥲.
Clear argues that the key to lasting change is making small, incremental improvements over time. He outlines a four-step process for habit formation: cue, craving, response, and reward.

Clear also emphasizes the importance of focusing on identity-based habits, or habits that align with our values and identity. He encourages readers to shift their mindset from “I want to achieve X” to “I am someone who does X.”

Throughout the book, Clear provides numerous examples and strategies for building good habits and breaking bad ones. He also addresses common roadblocks such as procrastination, lack of motivation, and fear of failure.

In the end, Atomic Habits offers a comprehensive framework for achieving lasting change in one’s life. By focusing on small improvements and aligning our habits with our identity, we can create positive momentum that leads to significant transformation over time.

What Is Essentialism?
Essentialism is a disciplined, systematic approach for determining where our highest point of contribution lies, then making execution of those things almost effortless.
Only once you give yourself permission to stop trying to do it all, to stop saying yes to everyone, can you make your highest contribution towards the things that really matter.
Essentialism is about deliberately distinguishing the vital few from the trivial many, eliminating the non-essentials, and then removing any obstacles so the essential things have a clear, smooth passage.
If you don’t prioritize your life, someone else will.
The Paradox of Success: the more options we have, the more we feel distracted from what would otherwise be our highest level of contribution.
To embrace the essence of Essentialism requires we replace these false assumptions with three core truths: “I choose to,” “Only a few things really matter,” and “I can do anything but not everything.”
These are the best parts of the book)

”We see nothing of the dark side of Italy, with right-wing politics or trash rotting in the streets because everyone’s on strike. In other words, the characters are as overprivileged as ever, and Aciman populates his novel with a sensual, almost overripe type of a man who swears he can’t live without Balvenie Doublewood 17 Year Scotch. Better yet, Aciman’s people are as foolish as ever, and their foolishness is their point of connection with the reader. It’s tempting to describe Find Me as a pleasant, post-summer diversion, but it’s deeper than that. It will remind you of that one person you loved and lost and maybe found again. True, the
book is lush, but it’s also bittersweet and nostalgic and a bit heartachey. Autumnal is probably the best word to describe it.

"Love is the language of the soul, spoken in whispers that echo across the universe."

I came across a book called "Saodat asri qissalari" in October 2022, which explores our religion, Islam, and sheds light on the life of our Prophet. It took me only a month to finish this amazing book, as it consists of four parts, each spanning over 570 pages. After reading it, my perspective on life underwent a profound transformation. I made a conscious effort to become a devout Muslim, striving to pray five times a day, and even incorporating tahajjud prayers twice a week. This change had an incredible impact on my life. I found myself becoming more productive, and day by day, my aspirations, plans, and desires started manifesting, by the will of Allah. I share all of this to emphasize the power of books to shape our lives, to change us, and to guide us towards becoming the best versions of ourselves. Currently, I am engrossed in reading "Secrets of Divine Love," a heartfelt gift from a close friend on my birthday. I have developed a deep affection for this book, and it has truly captivated my heart.

Book: November 9
Author: Colleen Hoover
Genre: Romance

Hey guys, I had a the pleasure of completing the book called "November 9" by Colleen Hoover, and I couldn't wait to share my thoughts with you.
I actually bought this book a few months ago at the airport in Texas, and I kept putting off reading it because I wasn't sure if it would be my cup of tea. But boy, was I wrong!

"November 9" is a heartwarming story that revolves around the lives of Fallon and Ben. They meet on November 9th every year, and their connection just pulls you in. The way their relationship develops over time is truly something special. I found myself getting emotionally invested in their journey, rooting for them through the ups and downs.

What I really loved about the book is how it explores the theme of second chances. It shows that life doesn't always go according to plan, but it's never too late to find love and pursue your dreams. The author, Colleen Hoover, has a way of capturing the raw emotions and vulnerabilities of the characters, making them feel so real and relatable.

The writing style is simple yet compelling, making it an easy and enjoyable read. The story unfolds in a series of November 9ths, which adds a unique twist and keeps you curious about what will happen next. I found myself eagerly turning the pages, wanting to know how Fallon and Ben's story would unfold year after year.

Now, I have to be honest with you. While I absolutely loved the book, it may not be for everyone. Some parts of the story might feel a bit predictable, and it does have its fair share of intense emotions. But if you're a fan of heartfelt romance and stories that leave a lasting impact, then "November 9" is definitely worth a read.

All in all, "November 9" by Colleen Hoover is a beautiful tale of love and second chances. It's a book that I'm glad I finally picked up and read. So, if you're in the mood for a heartwarming and engaging story, I highly recommend giving it a shot.

Fahrenheit 451

The story takes place in a future society where books are considered dangerous and are banned. Can you imagine a world without books? It's crazy, right? Well, that's exactly what's going on in this dystopian world.

The main character is a guy named Guy Montag, who works as a fireman. But here's the twist: in this society, firemen don't put out fires, they start them! Their job is to burn books and destroy any trace of written knowledge. It's like they're trying to erase history and keep people ignorant.

But Montag starts to question things. He meets a young girl named Clarisse who opens his eyes to the beauty and importance of literature. She asks him if he's happy, and that simple question sets him on a path of self-discovery.

Montag's journey is filled with tension and suspense. He becomes a rebel, secretly hoarding books and trying to preserve knowledge. He even joins a group of outcasts who are dedicated to keeping the flame of literature alive.

What I love about this book is how it tackles important themes like censorship, conformity, and the power of knowledge. It makes you think about the value of books and the dangers of a society that suppresses free thought.

Bradbury's writing style is really captivating. He paints vivid pictures with his words and creates a sense of urgency that keeps you hooked from start to finish. You can almost feel the heat of the fires and the weight of the oppressive society.

'Fahrenheit 451' is a thought-provoking book that will make you appreciate the freedom of expression we have today. It's a reminder of the importance of critical thinking and the need to protect our intellectual freedom.

So, if you're up for a gripping and relevant read, I highly recommend giving this book a shot!
