Essentialism is a disciplined, systematic approach for determining where our highest point of contribution lies, then making execution of those things almost effortless.
Only once you give yourself permission to stop trying to do it all, to stop saying yes to everyone, can you make your highest contribution towards the things that really matter.
Essentialism is about deliberately distinguishing the vital few from the trivial many, eliminating the non-essentials, and then removing any obstacles so the essential things have a clear, smooth passage.
If you don’t prioritize your life, someone else will.
The Paradox of Success: the more options we have, the more we feel distracted from what would otherwise be our highest level of contribution.
To embrace the essence of Essentialism requires we replace these false assumptions with three core truths: “I choose to,” “Only a few things really matter,” and “I can do anything but not everything.”

~there are generally four types of admission processes:
1. Regular
2. Rolling
3. Early decision
4.Early action.

🧷 Regular admission - The most common kind of college admission is regular admission. Schools set a specific deadline for all of the applications, typically at some point between November and January, then review them all after the closing date.

🧷Rolling admission is a policy used by many colleges to admit freshmen to undergraduate programs. Some universities constantly and continuously accept applications and provide decisions as soon as your application review is complete. “Rolling admissions” means there is no set deadline to apply.

🧷Early decision is a college admission plan in which students apply earlier in the year than usual and receive their results early as well. This benefits students by reducing the number of applications to be completed at one time, and by providing results early.

🧷Early action (EA) is a type of early admission process offered by some institutions for admission to colleges and universities in the United States. Unlike the regular admissions process, EA usually requires students to submit an application by mid-October or early November of their senior year of high school instead of January 1. Students are notified of the school's decision by early January instead of mid-March or May 1.

⁉️What things we need when applying for foreign universities?

🧷 Academic transcripts: You need to submit your academic transcripts from high school and any other colleges or universities you attended. Having a good GPA is really important, since we live in Uzbekistan it is not difficult to get higher grades, but do your best to get higher GPA)

🧷Personal statement/essay (motivational essay): This is an opportunity for you to showcase your personality, interests, and goals.

🧷 English proficiency test scores (for international students): If English is not your first language, you may be required to take a test like TOEFL or IELTS.
Having 6.0+ in IELTS is enough for most universities, however you should search about their language proficiency requirements firstly. And, IVY leagues require at least IELTS 7.0.

🧷 Letters of recommendation: Most universities require at least two letters of recommendation from teachers or other professionals who know you well. Since english is not our native language, your school counselors may not provide any recommendation letter for you.

🧷Standardized test scores: Universities require you to take standardized tests like SAT, ACT, GRE, or GMAT. You should submit the official score reports. They are not required at most universities though, but it will be much more better if you submit SAT scores whenever you are applying for F1 visa.


🧷Application fee: Most universities charge an application fee that varies from school to school. But if you apply through common app, you can get an application fee waiver.

It's always best to check the specific requirements of the university you're interested in applying to as they may vary slightly from one institution to another.

✅Try not to use external sources when you are writing motivational essay, since university admission teams check tons of essays each year, it is easy peasy lemon squeezy to know if you are a cheater.
✅Be careful while you are filling out your address, zip postal code,school information, in general write exact data about your geographical areas.
✅Don't forget to ask for a fee waiver.
✅ check each details of universities before applying via common app, keep in mind you can apply for 20 universities only, that's why don't hurry, you should be careful while choosing universities.

📑 As most of you know a "recommendation letter" is often considered as a part of application for universities. Foreign universities usually require at least one letter of recommendation, which should be written by a teacher/school counselor/coach-someone who knows you very well and can provide enough information about your abilities, your strengths, achievements and potential.

📎 The letter should generally include the following information:

✅An introduction that can give information about the writer's relationship to you and how long you have known each other

✅ A description of your academic performance:
