BITCOIN VOLUME OVERVIEW UPDATE
Bitcoin spot volume is at $4.72B, with futures at $58.22B. Spot dominance has risen to 8.13%, well above the 30-day average of 6.67%.
Spot has seen 53% sell pressure over 24 hours, but buying has dominated the past 1–4 hours.
U.S. market open has brought heavy spot selling all week, and I expect the same today. With CPI coming in ~4 hours, volatility could be significant.
If CPI is bearish, Bitcoin could drop aggressively, potentially toward $68K.

BITCOIN OPEN INTEREST: THE LONGS KEEP LOSING
Bitcoin price continues to fall while open interest rises, showing that shorts are aggressively entering the market.
For the bearish trend to end, we need to see open interest falling while price rises—a sign that shorts are taking profit. We’re not seeing that yet.
Recent attempts by longs to push price higher have failed, adding more leverage to the long side. Eventually, that leverage could be flushed out in a major capitulation move.
From my perspective, the setup remains strongly bearish.
