Rock crystal intaglio crucifixion. Christ bears the cruciferous nimbus, his head inclined; cross is plain, without titulus, serpent coiled at its foot. The Virgin and St John incline forward, their mantles raised to their faces in attitudes of grief. Above, within medallions, are the sun and moon holding torches, the former radiant, wearing chlamys, the latter, a female figure, wears a mantle, her head surmounted by a crescent. Carolingian. 846-869. British Museum.

You know, I have familiar tg admin. He puts an asterisk next to the word “*women,” but in reality, he doesn’t treat women very well.
Not to mention that he’s afraid to repost *women, constantly (apparently it’s inconvenient and not cool for him), and I have a racist dude who isn’t afraid to do that in front of his entire audience because the post was funny.
I had a pal who used to write that he was a spiritual person (obviously, spiritual people don’t go around bragging about how spiritual they are). But so far, the most spiritual people I know say they’re not good enough, even though they’re constantly helping me and others (humans and animals), keeping their word, and enduring hardships, being honest. That's what spirituality is.
This doesn’t mean that what’s outwardly visible is meaningless,
but what’s declared doesn’t always match what’s nominal.
Dao.

I’m not spiritual, nor am I particularly good. I just want to overcome today’s difficulties and bring cheer to my nearest ones. I don’t know if I’ll succeed. Perhaps small actions and little things matter too.
