The time is now to optimize your immune system!

We've been gifted with an innate system of protection against micro-organisms including bacteria, parasites, and viruses. Many of us have been in and out of shops and gathering with friends and family over the last week. Even when not surrounded by concern for SARS-CoV-2 variants, colds spread easily this time of year in northern climates where we don't get enough vitamin D and are indoors staying warm. What better time to boost that natural gift and enter the new year healthy?

Check out and share our guide with useful tips! Be sure to share with all of your family and friends because everyone deserves to have an optimized and powerful immune system.

🦠 Spike Protein Detox Guide

While Omicron may be mild for most, it's still a good idea to detox after an infection to avoid any potentially lingering symptoms.

Because the spike protein can circulate around in our bodies following infection or inoculation, it can cause damage to cells, tissues, and organs.

If you've had Covid-19, have recently had a Covid-19 injection, or are experiencing symptoms that may be related to Covid-19 vaccine transmission, you may benefit from using one or more items from our list of medicines and supplements to reduce your spike protein load.

Please share our detailed guide because everyone deserves to be happy and healthy! worldcouncilforhealth.org/resources/spike-protein-detox-guide

🌟 Thank you for participating in the World Council for Health 21 Day Gratitude Challenge that began on December 1. Thanks to those that shared responses to the prompts here on Telegram. We hope that the challenge brought positive change to the lives of those who joined and read the many comments.

If you missed the challenge or didn't begin with Day 1, you may want to consider going back to the days you missed. Even if you completed the entire challenge, you can do the entire thing again! All of the 21 prompts are included on this one graphic that has also been added to our gratitude resource.

There are many ways to incorporate gratitude into our daily lives and we hope you'll continue to do so. If you enjoyed journaling, consider purchasing a gratitude journal and continuing the practice.

🌟 A few words from Dr Tess Lawrie to mark the end of an enlightening year

The experience of the past two years has been life-changing for all of us. But just as the darkness serves the light, adversity serves our evolution. The adversity borne out of this global crisis is a unique opportunity for unprecedented change for good. A rite of passage to the new and beautiful world in which we take responsibility for our wellbeing and that of others. A world in which we remember what it means to be human, what is good for us, and what is good for our planet.
