There have been regular instances in my life when I've been stuck in a bad trip of memory through a song
lyric → memory → guilt → reliving the past
Memory can:
Anchor you (meaning)
Or trap you (rumination)
The difference is orientation:
Healthy memory → connects you to purpose
Pathological memory → loops without direction
Looks like, memory when used the right way can be the true guiding light for survival when the chances are the slightest
Maybe a good question to ask myself is - “Is this memory pulling me backward — or anchoring me to something I still owe life?”
That single distinction changes everything.
Meaning must point beyond the self — even in suffering.
As Viktor Frankl said - We do not escape sorrow — we give it a reason to be endured.
Thoughts of loved ones do not remove suffering.
They justify it.

There is only one thing that I may dread - not to be worth of my sufferings
- Fyodor Dostoevsky
We do not become worthy of suffering by being strong, but by remaining honest about what it asks of us.
It is not about "why me?" But instead about "what now?"
This period is asking you to remain honest, responsible, and non-deceptive — especially when comfort is unavailable.
I don’t need this crisis to make me exceptional; I need it not to make me unrecognizable to myself.
Also, to me, because I deserve to hear this -
Savings are not a reward for surviving — they are a promise that survival won’t always feel this sharp.
Finally, my life in a nutshell
A marriage based on choice
A family without inherited prejudice
A financial spine under pressure
A life that does not depend on appearances
Some people build houses early; others build themselves first — and only one of those prevents collapse later.
I cannot control whether the ground shifts — but I can control whether I become someone who collapses when it does.
Simply what Mein Kampf tried to state
When people cannot find meaning through responsibility, they may seek meaning through hostility.
Wisdom that arrives before readiness does not enlighten — it overwhelms.
The present is uncertain, but the past is ontologically secure.
What we want to become has already been influenced by what we had been once in the past. It is precisely the reason behind what we are today.

The most dangerous people are not demons, but humans who
stop asking themselves who they are becomingA good freedom is always coupled with extraordinary responsibility
Man is capable of degradation beyond animals and dignity beyond explanation.
Viktor Frankl
There are only a handful of saints in this world full of people. For the world is getting worse by day, and it is our responsibility to do the very best to avoid it from worsening further.
