Poland is making moves to limit children’s access to energy drinks.

The Polish Sport Minister Kamil Bortniczuk argues that energy drinks are a “great evil” that “destroy both mental and physical health” and as such, access to them must be restricted for underage people.
When Ukraine eventually wins and Belarusians secure their freedom, a Warsaw-Kyiv-Minsk triangle will be formed and serve as the right lung of a united Europe of free states,

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

That is why what happened, Russia's brutal war of aggression, which was initially greeted with silence, did not surprise Poland nor did it surprise Ukraine,

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
When some argued that Putin's words will come true and Kyiv will fall within three days and that is why it's not worth helping Ukraine since they will lose anyway, Poland was the only country that immediately said we would support the Ukrainians in their fight for freedom.

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
Why is this war in Ukraine so important?

Because I firmly believe, and all of us here and all over Poland believe, that Ukraine will win this war.

And that means that Russia will lose it.

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
Ukraine wants to join the European Union.

Ukraine wants to co-create the European community, while Russia wants to fight Europe and impose upon it its barbarian order.

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
And us Poles want to propose a new agreement, one based on the words of Saint John Paul II.

When the Pope told us to build Europe by joining a united Europe, he said that Poland's role would be to ensure that a European "right lung" would be created.

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
And we will build this lung after the Ukrainian victory.
We will propose a triangle: Warsaw, Kyiv and Minsk.

Why? Because Belarusian society is waiting for a victory over Russia in order to gain its freedom and join a united Europe, and to work alongside Three Seas countries.

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
What we are proposing is not a Berlin-Moscow axis, but a Warsaw axis, in a triangle with Kyiv and Minsk, those countries where there is the most energy, where there is the greatest potential to meet the needs of ageing Europe.

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
In this axis, the Warsaw-Kyiv-Minsk triangle, we will build that wing of a developing Europe, whilst having an outstretched hand to London, Paris and Madrid.

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
Why?

Because Europe cannot be governed by the selfish interests of those countries that assumed that cheap energy, cheap energy from Russia, would power the transformation that would ultimately enable our technological superiority over the world.

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
This kind of transformational transfer has failed and will not succeed.

It was a mistake to push Britain out of the EU.

I hope that if this right lung is rebuilt, this left lung too will be strengthened by the UK and London will return to the our EU community.

argues Minister Jacek Zalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.
Instead of a Berlin-Moscow axis, we will offer a Warsaw-Kyiv-Minsk triangle axis.

It will be built on those countries where there is the most energy and the greatest potential to meet the needs of ageing Europe,

argues Min Jacek Zalek in a vision of Europe post-Russia's defeat.
At a Panel titled “A Polish-Ukrainian Federation -How Far Can Polish, Ukrainian & European cooperation go”?
Poland's Deputy FM Marcin Przydacz said neither Poles nor Ukrainians want a federation…
At a panel “A Polish-Ukrainian Federation -How Far Can Polish, Ukrainian & European cooperation go”?
most panelists were of the opinion that neither side wants a Polish-Ukrainian federalized state, as both states cherish sovereignty.
Nevertheless, some panelists argued that there is still much for room for significant strengthening of political & military co-operation.
Without Poland’s active help, with US and UK military aid transferred through the airport in Rzeszów, and the 400+ tanks, IFVs and MLRS systems donated by Poland, Ukraine might not have been able to withstand the Russian onslaught,
was a recurring theme of the panel: "A Polish-Ukrainian Federation -How Far Can Polish, Ukrainian & European cooperation go”?.
“When Szczęszny saved Messi’s penalty, Ukrainian TV commentators shouted ‘Slava Polski, Slava Ukraini’ full of joy.

Szczęsny said ‘Slava Ukraini’ to a Ukrainian journalist after a game.

All this has an impact” said Petros Tovmasyan whilst speaking at the Republikanie Congress. 🇵🇱🇺🇦
