Often it's the case that many people do possess the will and ability to make gains in various physical fields but don't possess the knowledge.

I've seen so many personal trainers wasting people's time which can often lead the already insecure customer into further believing they'll never see improvement.

For many financial gain dictates that it's not in their interest to genuinely help you though this obviously doesn't apply to all trainers or PT's.

Many PT's would agree with me that there's a huge number of people who capitalise from the fact someone has risen the courage to improve, which I find particularly distasteful.

Just as important are the huge number of people making great attempts to learn alone with rate of success and failure.

Often our ability doesn't lie within what we think are our limitations, they're in fact knowledge based.
