This school isn't only disgustingly modern and characterless, but it looks like a Velociraptor enclosure in a Jurassic Park film. For me, this building represents the lack of happiness, class, and safety within modern #London.

#WillCrooks Estate on #Poplar High Street, East #London was built in 1936 (neo – Georgian), common during said epoch. Post WW1 architecture, like Victorian or even ancient architecture, make modern design look as backward as they are characterless. Progress is now a dirty word.

The road signs that were once considered so common are now exclusive views into a more culturally pleasing past. #Poplar, East #London
