The Lord Nelson Ground was a home of #Millwall Rovers (1886–1890) who went on to become @MillwallFC. The ground sat behind the Lord Nelson pub on East Ferry Road on the Isle of Dogs, East #London & a personal favourite of @ChelseaDan5. https://t.me/LostAndLivingPubs/246

The Watermans Arms #IOD featured in numerous films and television programmes, most notably in The Long Good Friday with Bob Hoskins. This pub still exists today unlike so many others in the area which are long since gone.
