Retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Genera Steven L. Kwast says China has Outposts on the Moon Mining Helium 3 and brining it back to earth on the dark side of the moon..
He says the deposits of (³He) we have on the moon is enough to power the entire human race for thousands of years.
