You then ring the HRC and they will give you a case number and then you access their website and put in your case number and upload the video evidence. The HRC will then pursue the issue with the shop and send them a letter advising them of the actions against them. In 99.99% of the time the shop will not challenge and you then can sue them which their has already been sums of $20,000 paid out by shops much smaller than JBHFI. STAND UP and take action
