Our beach party in St Kilda got shutdown yesterday Boxing Day by Port Phillip council and the police because somebody complained about the noise. There was about 10 police and another 10 council officers involved. I saw them marching up the boardwalk and decided to step in. I improvised everything and didnt really know what i was doing which made me realise how much law etc i need to learn. My intention was to draw the heat off the organisers as there was a lot of stuff people could get arrested for and also if there were any fines the police would think i organised the party. A few people thanked me later for being a buffer.
No arrests were made and no fines issued.

(in the video where im grilling the council officer, you cant hear the audio clearly but the seargant next to me says "oh youre one of those are you" - ie those citizens that stand up to tyranny, to which i made the beligerant comment)
