The pro-government Great Patriotic Pole (GPP) secured 280 out of 304 mayoralties, gaining 68 seats compared to 2021, per CNE’s preliminary results.
Opposition parties retained East Caracas municipalities like Chacao, Baruta, and El Hatillo, but lost more than half of their previously held territories. Voter turnout stood at 29%.
