Wallpapers and Vision boards that some how inspired me through out my campus years and continue inspiring me!🥰 @veiledDev14
A look back at the phone wallpapers that guided my university journey 📱💻✨
"NOT YET"💪
My first lock screen wasn't a vision board; it was a phrase of pure grit. "Not Yet" replaces the negative narrative of "I can't" with "I'm on my way." It was a daily reminder that, even when tackling tough concepts, practice makes perfect. The image is an inspiration to this phrase : "There is always light at the end of the tunnel".
Vision Board #1: "Accelerate" ⚡️
Crafted in my second year, the goal was to learn as much as possible, as fast as possible. I didn't achieve every goal on it, and that was fine! It wasn't about a 100% success rate; it was about focus. Glancing at my screen gave me a sudden burst of energy whenever I felt like giving up.
Vision Board #2: "Build A Character" 🏗
This board was about establishing unbreakable core habits. If you build the identity of a "smart" or "healthy" person, your daily choices naturally align with those traits. Alhamdulilah, this kept me highly focused. (Fun fact: out of all the books on the board, I only finished Eat That Frog! 🤦♀️),
Vision Board #3: Companies list 💻
Off the dozens of dream companies I listed, I only applied to two Yet got interviews for both! 🎯It was some how success, because even if I failed after the interviews, the fact that my CV made it through and I had an interview experience was more than enough.
The Final Wallpaper: "اتَّقِ اللَّهَ" (Ittaqillah) ✨🤍
During my internship semester, my perspective shifted entirely. Inspired by a powerful Muhadera from my early years in campus ("وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُۥ مَخْرَجًا"), my wallpaper simply read: اتَّقِ اللَّهَ (Fear/Be Mindful of Allah). It hit me that true growth comes through Taqwa. When you genuinely strive to be mindful of Allah, your discipline transforms, you stop wasting time and honor every commitment. I am not saying that I have completely achieved it, but I am improving.
Since adopting this mindset, I’ve faced challenges but also seen immense blessings 🤲. Out of all the elaborate vision boards and goal lists I ever built, it was these simple but powerful words that truly transformed my life, and will continue transforming it in shaa allah! One thing to note here, is that theses wallpapers were just reminders, inspirations.. it just helped me focus, the real work had to still come through me. Alahmdulilah!
