System requirements!
The upgraded game has to be played on DX12 with Ray Tracing on (it can be software lumen-like or fully hardware accelerated).
The most basic GPU to do so is GTX 1660 which may run at 1080P@30FPS. And you need an SSD to be able to play the game, which is expected for a modern open world.
