Guys, I received the best job offer in my twenties!🥹🎉😍
Yet, I will announce it soon once I decide if I am going to accept it or not. I haven’t shared with anyone.🤫
At 23, something I never imagined became real — a high-level job, very well paid, with perks beyond my expectations. A huge blessing… and a real test. Because every big opportunity comes with a choice. So yes, I’m happy and sad at the same time 😂.
I’ve been a bit lost lately — 2 weeks in Uzbekistan, now back in Istanbul, and very soon flying to a new country, InShaAllah ✈️. Looks like the year is starting with travels. Alhamdulillah.
For everyone who signed up for the course, don’t worry 🤍 I will settle everything and this course WILL happen — and it’s going to be 🔥. If you still want to join, reach out at @vazira_ikhtiyorova , I’ll add you to the list. Alhamdulillah for everything 🤲✨😍

Guys, I’m currently in Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh!😍
Alhamdulillah, I received a government visa through the scholarship I won. Things got very busy, so I couldn’t post earlier.
Tomorrow I’ll be pitching, and I’m honestly very stressed—please keep me in your prayers. The winners will receive a significant investment for their startups. I’ll share more details about the event with you soon.✨

In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I noticed something that stayed with me.
I was sitting at a table when a group of men didn’t notice me at first and placed food nearby. The moment they realized a woman was sitting there, they quietly moved to another table. No words, no reactions, no discomfort — just respect and awareness. I didn’t say anything, but that small act said a lot.
It reminded me that modesty is not only about rules or appearances, but about sensitivity, intention, and how men carry themselves around women.
Some things I’ve observed here:
• Respect can be silent.
• Manners are part of faith.
• Small actions reflect big values.
• Awareness matters more than words.
May we all grow, learn, and be surrounded by men who truly live by our religion — with kindness, respect, and responsibility toward women.
Sometimes, the smallest moments teach the biggest lessons.

We are looking for a professional English teacher for my acquaintance. The student is male.
The first priority is building strong English grammar, followed by job interview preparation and business communication. The main goals include improving speaking confidence, practicing interview questions used in international companies, and developing listening skills across different accents.
The study period is 2 months, 6 days a week, 3–4 hours per day. The pay rate will be discussed, and we are confident it will be satisfactory.
If you are interested, please DM me @vazira_ikhtiyorova and let us know your requirements. Thank you in advance.

Finally, I’m back from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and honestly very happy that everything is getting settled now.
I’ve started sending out all the links for the conferences and the opportunity course. This course is really special for me because I kept it a small, selected circle, so the group is very focused and efficient. Loved meeting so many bright minds — thank you for that.
If you completed the payment and haven’t been added yet, please message me immediately.
I’m also getting non-stop messages about the Türkiye Bursları application — should we do it again this year? Let me know what you think.

Thinking about Türkiye Bursları but feeling lost where to start?
This post is for you.
Because I’ve been receiving many messages, I’m opening a Türkiye Bursları Scholarship Intensive Program — only because you asked for it.
⚠️ Important from the beginning:
This is NOT a big group. I don’t want large batches anymore.
I’m opening a very small group (maximum 3 students) so we can work closely and properly.
📌 What is it?
A 5-day intensive program where we go from zero to final submission — together.
📌 What we will do in 5 days:
• Build your Türkiye Bursları application step by step
• Write both motivation letters together from scratch
• Fix and polish all documents
• Submit the application together, with full guidance
It’s almost like individual mentoring, just in a tiny group.
💰 Program fee: $50 USD
Everything is included. No confusing templates. No guessing. We do everything together.
Over the past two years, our students have received great results and are now studying in 7 different cities across Turkiye. That experience is exactly what I’m sharing in this program.
🎓 If you want to study in Turkiye with a fully funded scholarship (Bachelor’s or Master’s), and you’re serious and ready to commit, message me directly at @vazira_ikhtiyorova
⏳ Very limited spots.
Once the small group is filled.

Guys, no one can guarantee this scholarship. Payment does not mean acceptance.
What is guaranteed is a stronger application with a professional CV, motivation letter, and correct submission.
Please respect people’s time—claims of “guaranteed scholarships” are fraud. Thank you for understanding.

We will be starting Turkiye Burslari classes in approximately 3 days. Those who would like to sign up for the classes, please message me as soon as possible. As submission deadline is soon!🫣
Additionally, I have received 3–4 messages asking about the classes. Please note that we already started yesterday with our introduction sessions on conferences and international opportunities.🎉

As you know, I recently held a small contest on my channel where you had to guess the city I was traveling to. We finally have a winner and since she was outside the city, she officially won. Yay! 🎉
She has already received her gift. It’s not a big present, but a small gesture of appreciation and gratitude. Thank you to everyone who participated and stayed engaged. More fun activities coming soon.🥰

Today I received several messages regarding the mentorship. I understand that it’s common for students to handle things close to the deadline; however, please make sure to read the posts before messaging.
The Türkiye Bursları Mentorship Class starts tomorrow. Those who have completed the payment will receive the links, and we will begin the application process right away.
If you still want to participate, you can message me as always at @vazira_ikhtiyorova.
Hopefully, this is the last message about the mentorship 😄
Thank you all for your understanding.

Today I found myself reflecting on the past year — the people, the situations, and the lessons. I was thinking about how I want to act this year, and more importantly, how I don’t want to act. Let me be a little negative and honest today. 😁
There are a few types of people I’ve realized I cannot tolerate.
First, people who ask for detailed help, receive a thoughtful answer, and don’t even say thank you. They just leave a like on Instagram and disappear. Gratitude costs nothing, yet it says a lot about a person.
Second, those who try to gather as much information as possible from you — your experience, ideas, or knowledge — without acknowledging your help, and sometimes even using it as their own. That behavior feels unfair and disrespectful.
Third, the people I struggle with the most: two-faced, quiet manipulators — тихушницы or pismiq people. They appear kind, but in reality, they use others for their own benefit, especially in business or personal matters. I genuinely dislike this type of behavior because it takes advantage of trust and kindness.
This isn’t about something that happened today. These are simply conclusions I’ve made from life.
I truly believe life is a boomerang.
What you give — you eventually receive.
This year, I’m choosing distance from people like this.😎

My observations about life in Tashkent
Time seems to pass very quickly here. I wake up, go through my day, and suddenly it’s already evening. The days often feel repetitive, like they blend into each other without much pause. Tashkent has this paradox: it’s not as fast as huge cities like Istanbul but daily life can feel repetitive—home, errands, family, food.
I’ve also noticed that it’s not easy to find truly peaceful places. There are parks and nice spots, but rarely somewhere with greenery, water, and a calm atmosphere all at once—somewhere you can fully relax and disconnect.
People are very hardworking, which I respect, but there’s also a constant sense of stress. It sometimes feels like everyone is busy and expecting something from someone else, which can make interactions feel a bit tense.
Another interesting thing is how people rest. Instead of active rest like walking or spending time in nature, many prefer staying at home or going out to eat. That’s why restaurants are always full, especially on weekends.
It’s not necessarily a bad thing—it’s just a certain lifestyle. Tashkent feels stable and familiar, but at times also a bit repetitive and lacking that sense of calm or inspiration. What do you think?

These days I’ve been really busy with my small silver online business — a dream I hope to grow into an offline store one day!✨
During this journey, I realized that if you truly love what you do, results will come. Consistency is the key. Customers may ask many questions, and being patient is part of the process. Their requests and satisfaction should always be a top priority.
Of course, many people ask for discounts too 🤭 but sometimes you have to stay strong and remember that every small business starts from the ground up and grows step by step.
And just a little reminder… if you’re looking for beautiful Eid gifts for your beloved ones, Liyana Silver will be happy to be part of your special moments!💍🎁🤍
