The "Solomon Temple" was never anywhere near the "Dome of the Rock" which is situated on the so-called "Temple Mount" in Jerusalem. The Temple Mount is actually the site the of the Roman Fortress Antonia, and the stones they are 'wailing' over, are part of the Roman fortifications.

The Beatitudes
And when he saw the people, he went up to a mountain. And he sat down, and his disciples came to him
And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying
Blessed are they that are poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who suffer, for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are you when men reproach and persecute you for my sake, and speak all kinds of evil against you, lying in the process.
Just rejoice and rejoice; there will be abundant rewards for you in heaven. For in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
