The Icing Tanker Aircraft - This was a classic piece of dual-use technology. On the surface this especially converted aircraft was just a research vehicle, constructed to facilitate investigations into aircraft icing. But it had another, highly classified role - as the UK's BW spray aircraft. Experiments using this aircraft were conducted in populated areas on numerous occasions during 1967. As before, two types of live bacteria were released - E.coli MRE162, and Bacillus subtilis.

In the 1700s, the Black Sea region traded this potent produce with Europe, where the honey was infused with drinks to give boozers a greater high than alcohol could deliver.
In Nepal multiple generations of honey gatherers have worked to collect this stuff.

Ted Gunderson & Gene "Chip" Tatum Interview (1998)
Chip Tatum was a former black ops pilot and Vietnam Special Forces Air Combat Controller who claimed to have flown drugs into the USA. According to his account, Tatum served as a helicopter pilot for the United States Army from 1982 to 1986, during which he flew missions in Central America and from Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. From 1986 to 1992, he worked as an agent for the Central Intelligence Agency under a deep-cover assignment. Tatum reportedly became active as a whistleblower in 1995 after being charged with treason. He disappeared after the interview.
