1).Open a paper right now, or cut it from your notebook and make a time table on it.
Define every hour of your day in that table like
from 6:00am to 8:00 am you need to study eng/math/vocab/or do workout...
Be stick to your time table. Don't listen to anybody many people will say you that timetable will not work but believe in me if you will follow it honestly you can see results within 2 days.

2) . Love flight mode_ say to your parents that my phone would be on flight for this duration of time.
Flight mode will save your precious hours. Mobile phone is the biggest distraction for the modern youth.

3). Sometimes isolation is better that surround yourself around ambitious people.

4). Finally I just want to say this thing to you people, if you can't control your mind then you can't get what you want.....
