1) FEAR
Fear is an emotion that has made the majority of people mentally handicapped.
It is the only emotion that, when released in the brain, can make a person cowardly and stop them from doing what they are supposed to do.
However it's not always negative. Fear is a natural survival mechanism too. When your brain senses danger, it prepares your body to either fight, run away, or stay still. That's why fear isn't always bad.
Once you understand fear and learn to go through it, you can become almost invincible. Very few things will be able to stop you.
But note this: every person fears something. Some fear situations, some fear death, some fear losing their loved ones, and some fear other things.
Fear isn't always bad. It is a protection mechanism of the body. It protects you from accidents, dangerous situations, and harmful decisions. It can even stop you from committing a crime.
However, there are some situations where you need to obliterate fear completely. If you fear such situations, you can destroy your own potential and lose many opportunities in life.
This is what I call the fear of nothing. You feel fear inside your mind, but even if you go through that situation, nothing bad will actually happen. Your brain simply imagines the worst outcome and treats it as if it were real.
Many people fear situations like:
- Approaching strangers
- Asking questions
- Saying "no" whenever necessary
- Speaking in front of people
- Expressing their opinions respectfully
- And many more similar situations
Understand this: fear is a natural emotion. Anyone can fear anything, but you are not supposed to fear situations that do not deserve fear.
The more you avoid these situations, the stronger your fear becomes. Every time you face them, your brain learns that there was never any real danger. This is how confidence is built, not by thinking, but by taking action.
That doesn't mean you should always be bold. You should remain humble, respectful, and kind, but not silent every single time.
So the next time your mind tells you to do something that is right and legitimate, do it without fear. Don't let your imagination decide your future.
Once you conquer unnecessary fear and become wise, you become unstoppable. You seize opportunities, you grow, and you live more freely. You become brave, and people naturally admire bravery when it is guided by wisdom. You become a leader and a revolutionary who inspires others.
Remember this:
Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is doing what is right even when fear is present.
Don't allow your mind to fear every situation and don't forget to be civilized person.

2) Anger
- I have seen a lot of wise people, with a lot of knowledge, acting like stupid people, especially when a situation demanded patience, but they chose anger instead.
- I have seen people hit and even kill others because of anger.
- I have seen people destroy their own lives, and sometimes the lives of others, because of anger.
- I have seen people make the worst decisions of their lives simply because they were angry.
Anger is a negative emotion, but it's natural. Everyone feels it. The difference is that some people control it, while others let it control them.
What I do is wait.
I delay my response because I know that anger can make me commit a mistake that I may regret for years. So I learned to control it. Controlling anger requires wisdom, self-awareness, and experience. It is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign of strength.
The Stoic philosopher Seneca said:
He also believed that the greatest remedy for anger is delay. The longer you wait, the weaker your anger becomes. He compared taking revenge in anger to "returning a bite to a dog." If a dog bites you, you don't bite it back. You act with reason, not emotion.
Anger rarely benefits you. It steals your peace, clouds your judgment, makes you aggressive, damages relationships, and often creates problems that didn't exist before.
Most arguments are not caused by intelligence or logic. They are caused by emotions that people fail to control.
If you become angry, that's natural. But if you cannot control your anger, it has the power to create chaos in your life.
The next time someone provokes you, don't react immediately. Pause, delay & think.
Your response will define your character more than the situation itself.
Be chill whenever someone tries to provoke you.
This is how wise people are recognized.

3) Sexual Desire
Sexual desire is a natural human emotion. There is nothing wrong with having it. The problem begins when you become a slave to it.
Almost everyone in life experiences sexual desire. It gives pleasure for that moment, but people who constantly chase pleasure gradually weaken their self-control.
Seneca famously said:
If you can't control these desires whenever necessary, you may end up in bad situations. You may get distracted from your real aim in life, you may get used by other people, and you may lose your peace.
Every wise person has some work to do in life which he or she considers their life-mission. I believe you are wise and have some purpose too. To continue working toward that purpose, you have to control your desires whenever needed.
Remember
Pleasure is temporary. Your daily work and your character bring lasting happiness.
A good life is built on wisdom, justice, courage, and self-control.
You can enjoy intimacy with your partner, but if you can't control your sexual desires whenever it's necessary, they may corrupt your mind and make you hungry for pleasure all the time.
I don't condemn sex. I condemn being ruled by sexual desire every single time.
When you are ruled by this emotion constantly, you start to objectify people and see them only for their bodies. In extreme cases, uncontrolled desire can push people toward harmful or even criminal behavior, some may even become rapists. A person may not start out as a bad person, but repeatedly giving in to uncontrolled impulses can lead to terrible choices.
- Excess of Everything is Bad
- Whenever you do it legitimately, do it without shame, but remember, sex is a physical act between bodies. Don't become emotionally enslaved by it.
- Practice moderation rather than excess.
- Avoid it if it disturbs your peace.
If you engage in sex, do so responsibly, consensually, and without becoming attached to pleasure.
Choose your pleasures wisely because some pleasures bring greater pain later.
The motive of this program is:
"Understand your desires rather than deny them."
Sexual desire will arise from time to time. When it happens, act responsibly, consensually, and enjoy the moment, but don't become its slave.
Sex can be a part of love. It can bring two people closer, but it is not the whole of love. It is just one part of it.
If you truly love someone, understand them, listen to them, teach them what is right if they don't know, grow together, and above all, focus on peace.
At the end remember: Sex is a natural instinct of the body. It is a desire. Don't let this desire destroy your career, reputation, health, family or relationships.
The best person is not the one who has no desires, but the one who has the ability to control them whenever it is necessary.
Controlling sexual desire can be challenging, and that's completely normal. Don't worry if you don't succeed every time. Just give your best to control it in situations where it matters. With time, maturity, and life experiences, you will become better at it.
Remember, self-control is freedom.

4) Excitement
Excitement is one of the most beautiful emotions a person experiences. It comes when you achieve something great, receive good news, accomplish a goal, or witness a special moment in life. A person smiles, laughs, speaks confidently, and feels proud. It is a positive emotion, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
However, like every emotion, excitement also has a dark side if it is not managed properly.
Sometimes, over-excitement can derail a person from their mission. It can make a person careless, arrogant, or even blind to reality. They start believing they have achieved everything, when in reality they have only completed one milestone. The journey is still long.
That is why managing this emotion is equally important.
There are people who achieve phenomenal success but remain calm. Of course, they become happy and feel proud, but they don't exaggerate their achievements. They know the show isn't over. There is still more to conquer, more to learn, and more to improve. Instead of celebrating for too long, they put their heads down and continue working. You should become that person.
Over-excitement often leads to complacency, and complacency is one of the biggest enemies of success. The moment you become comfortable with your current achievements, someone else is already working hard to surpass you.
So whenever you achieve something great, celebrate it, be grateful for it, remain humble, and then chase the next dream that truly matters to you. This is how wise and mature people behave.
Remember, there is nothing wrong with being excited or happy. In fact, you should enjoy your victories because they are the rewards of your hard work. The real problem begins when excitement becomes excessive, and you start believing that you have already achieved everything. That mindset slowly kills your hunger to improve.
There is always another level to reach.
Success does not belong to those who celebrate the longest. It belongs to those who continue working after everyone else has stopped.
I want you to become winners, not people who win once, but people who keep winning. To become such an individual, you must put your head down and keep working, keep learning, and keep grinding.
Working gives real pleasure and lasting satisfaction. The destination is temporary, but the journey shapes your character. So don't just fall in love with the destination, fall in love with the process. That is the real beauty of the challenge.
The next time you top your academics, win a speech competition, finish first in a race, build a successful business, or achieve any goal, don't think you are the best. The real players are still out there, practicing every single day to reach the top of the ladder.
There is always room for improvement.
So improve, stay humble, stay hungry and keep moving.
In a nutshell, excitement is the natural response of the body when something good happens. It is a beautiful emotion, but it should never make you complacent, arrogant, lazy, or overconfident.
If tomorrow you win $100,000 as a reward, don't assume your life is set and start spending it carelessly. Act wisely, invest in yourself. Invest in your future, continue building, continue earning, continue growing.
Celebrate your victories, but never let them become your destination. Let every achievement become the starting point of your next journey.

5) Sadness
Sadness is an emotion, and every emotion is the body's response to a particular event. Sadness appears when something bad happens.
It is mostly considered a negative emotion. But the truth is, you can never completely escape it. Sometimes, you simply have to go through it, no matter how strong you are.
However I don't want you people to be sad because it isn't good for you. Sometimes sadness affects you psychologically and emotionally. Some people carry lifelong trauma, and some even end up destroying their own lives.
So, what you need to do is this: don't let sadness affect you negatively. Create a mental model that whenever sadness appears, it should not remain for a long duration. No sadness should last for more than one day.
Some incidents may take more than one day to recover from, but after that, you have to accept the reality that whatever happened cannot be changed.
For example, someone close to you may die or suffer a brutal accident. It is natural to feel sad, but that sadness will not improve anything. It will not protect that person; it will only make you mentally sick. You won't be able to focus on the tasks that truly matter.
As a man or a woman and member of this community, it is your responsibility to make yourself stronger so that you can build a better life for yourself and for the people you are responsible for, such as your parents, children, or spouse. If something bad happens, you have every right to be sad. But as a responsible person, you also have to learn to sacrifice that sadness.
How many times have you seen your father crying who earns for family?
For most of you, rarely or never. That doesn't mean he never feels sad. It means he knows it is his responsibility to go out, work, and keep moving forward. Whatever happened cannot be changed.
So, in a nutshell, sadness is the body's response to a painful or negative event. You cannot escape it, but as wise people, don't let it destroy you.
I want to see you become strong people, not the kind who let sadness derail them from their path. Even if you lose your loved ones, your parents, or your spouse, you are not supposed to waste the rest of your life living only in their memory. You have to think about your own life and make it better.
Focus on your health.
As a member of VT, you have two responsibilities:
1. Protect your mental and physical health.
2. Protect this world through your actions.
That could be as simple as teaching your child, giving someone good advice, or improving yourself every day.
But sadness can stop you from fulfilling your first responsibility because it can damage your mental health.
Don't let sadness turn into trauma, prolonged grief, depression, or hopelessness. Even if you go through hell, don't let it break you.
Remember, only mentally and emotionally strong people can do it. So become the one. Don't let sadness break you completely.

6) Boredom
Boredom is also an emotion. It is the body's response when you mentally or physically exhaust yourself, or when you keep living the same routine without purpose. Sometimes it also happens because of poor sleep, an unhealthy lifestyle or too much entertainment.
Everyone experiences boredom. There is nothing wrong with it.
However, prolonged boredom is dangerous. It slowly affects your discipline, productivity, creativity, and motivation. A bored mind starts looking for the easiest source of pleasure, which is why people end up scrolling for hours, watching random videos, or wasting time on things that add no value to their lives.
The problem is not boredom itself. The problem is staying bored for too long.
Whenever you feel bored, don't immediately try to escape it with your phone. Instead, ask yourself why you are feeling this way. Sometimes your brain simply needs rest. Sometimes it needs movement. And sometimes it is telling you that your life has become too repetitive and needs a challenge.
Here are some ways to overcome it:
- Exercise daily. Physical activity releases endorphins and refreshes the mind.
- Sleep well. Around 7 hours of quality sleep helps your brain recover.
- Eat healthy food, drink enough water, and avoid living a sedentary lifestyle.
- Reduce excessive social media and short-form content. Constant dopamine stimulation makes normal activities feel less interesting.
- Spend some time in sunlight. It helps regulate your biological clock and improves your mood.
- Learn something new regularly. The brain enjoys novelty and forms new neural connections through learning.
- Set goals that excite you. A person with purpose rarely stays bored for long.
- Keep yourself engaged in meaningful work instead of always seeking entertainment.
Remember, boredom is not always a bad thing. Some of the greatest ideas come when the mind is free from constant stimulation. Give yourself time to think instead of filling every silent moment with distractions.
Don't waste your time trying to kill boredom.
Use boredom to build yourself.

7) Worry
"I suffered the most when I worried about things that existed only in my imagination, not in reality. There was no guarantee whether they would happen or not, yet I still worried."
One day I woke up and realized that I was suffering because of worry. I questioned myself, "Shall I stop worrying?"
Then I reached to a conclusion that worry isn't entirely bad. A certain amount of worry can keep me active and attentive, but excessive worry can steal my peace and cloud my judgment.
Now the question isn't whether worry is good or bad; it goes beyond that.
First of all, understand that worry is the mind's response to a specific condition. It might steal your peace, but if you never worry or care about anything, you may become careless. Balancing it is the true equation.
You can't completely avoid worry. One day, it will come into your life. Not everything happens according to your wishes. But the day you start worrying about something, your career, health, family, loved ones, money, reputation, or anything else, your wisdom will help you handle it wisely. If you don't handle it wisely, you may suffer.
Let me provide you with some scenarios. If you aren't currently worried about anything, you may be enjoying a happy life where your parents provide you with everything. But if one day worry suddenly hits you and you aren't wise enough to handle it, you may end up making decisions that are harmful to you in the long run.
- You need money urgently:
Now you are worried. You may end up getting involved in illegal business, which may harm someone or even harm you in the future. But as a wise person, you will look for other alternatives. You may take a loan for some time, or call your friends and borrow a small amount from each of them, promising to return it after three months. There can also be many other alternatives.
- You got low grades or failed an exam:
You are now worried. Some people fall into depression, and a few even end their lives. But as a wise person, you will change your habits and lifestyle so that you don't repeat the same mistakes next time.
- There are many other scenarios that can make you feel worried. It would become a long message if I mentioned all of them.
The message is simple: You can't avoid worry. It is the mind's alarm system that alerts you that something may need your attention or something needs to change.
When this happens, don't focus only on the problem. Think about solutions. Ask yourself, "How can I come out of this?" Be logical and wise so that you can make the best decisions.
Wisdom comes from gaining life experiences and from introspecting and contemplating life. Only a few people do it. Be one of them.
Go out, Live life, spend time with people. Don't be in just room and reading only books. Real wisdom comes from real world. Books are magnifiers, I read books regularly, they provide me knowledge and more perspectives. But it doesn't mean reading just books will provide me wisdom.
Be brave, interact with people, improve socializing skills, be fearless and Focus on living the best and most peaceful life, at least for yourself with civility.

Sacrifice everything for that one idea and dream you want to achieve.
Five years from now, you can have almost everything.
Enjoy now and suffer later, or suffer now and enjoy later.
The pain you endure today will last only for a short time. But the pain that begins a few years from now may last for the rest of your life.
The next 50 years are more important than the next 5 years. These next five years will build your life and bear fruit for the following 50 years.
Sacrifice temporary pleasures, unnecessary distractions, and even time with people when required. But that doesn't mean you should forget to live. Even in isolation, you should remain happy, content, and at peace with yourself. Protect your mental peace.
Avoid unnecessary parties, picnics, and other time-wasting activities.
Lock in, stay disciplined, grind every day.
The sacrifices you make today will become the foundation of the life you live tomorrow.
If you wanna grind under my supervision. I'll catch you in VTCH4.
I'll try my best to make your life better in 100 days.

Hello VARIABLES.
I don't know how you are doing?
If you feel good, be prepared for the bad days. Bad days are coming. You may lose your loved ones, your health, your job etc. Live proudly in the present, but when bad days come, don't lose the spirit. Bad days should not make you weak and coward.
And those who are going through tough times. Stay strong. This shall pass. Fight bravely and wisely with the situations. Remember it will not last forever. Instead it will make you wise and stronger. There is darkness before the shining day appears.
You may be in that bleak-darkness, the good news is, it will end and the sun will shine on your life.
Most importantly be grateful to your current condition of life. Because some people have lower standards of life as compared to yours one.
Never harm yourself in bad times.
Never comit suicide.
Never lose hope.
If some other day you feel bad for your life to the level where you don't want to live. Before ending life, contact me here @iamvariable. Don't forget it.
I will bleed to heal your mental situation. Because I want you to live peacefully till the last breath. Every problem has a solution and we both will find that. As you are the part of VariableTribe.
Signing off.

How to become emotionally strong.
I have written a detailed article on one of the most important life skills, emotional strength.
This article is based on Event 4, where we discussed fear, anger, desire, sadness, worry, boredom, excitement, and how to manage each of them. Here, I've summarized and expanded those ideas into a practical guide.
In today's world, emotional strength is no longer optional, it's a necessity. Read the article till the end, and then share your thoughts, experiences, or even your disagreements in the comments. I'd love to hear your perspective.

Attention
Every waking moment, you are paying attention to something.
Right now, your attention is on these words. Ten minutes ago, it was somewhere else. The only time your attention truly stops is when you fall into deep sleep.
But there is something most people never notice.
Whenever you pay attention to something, you are paying with more than just your time. You are paying with the gradual shaping of your mind.
Every video you watch, every conversation you have, every person you admire, every post you scroll-past, each one leaves a mark. The change is so subtle and gradual that you don't notice it, yet over days, months, and years, it transforms who you become.
Your attention is the training ground of your mind.
Pay attention to wisdom, and your mind becomes wiser.
Pay attention to discipline, and your mind becomes disciplined.
Pay attention to greatness, and your mind begins to seek greatness.
But pay attention to gossip, endless politics, meaningless entertainment, envy, and negativity, and your mind will quietly adapt to them instead.
Be careful where you place your attention. Because whatever repeatedly captures your attention eventually captures your mind.
Choose books over noise.
Choose meaningful conversations over arguments.
Choose people who inspire over people who complain.
Choose knowledge over endless scrolling.
Protect your attention.
It is not just deciding what you see, it is deciding who you become.

Today, I did something absolutely crazy.
It may sound like a movie scene, but it's what it's.
In the morning I was returning from somewhere when I noticed a huge banner announcing a program. The title was something like "Gender Roles in Leadership."
Curiosity took over.
I walked into the auditorium. Around 300β500 people were listening to a 75+ year-old lady delivering her speech. I quietly sat in the last row with no plan.
A few minutes later, she finished speaking. The organizers were waiting for The Vice Chancellor who wasn't present there.
And then...
Without thinking, I stood up confidently.
I walked straight toward the stage and politely asked her, "May I have a few minutes to speak?"
At first, she said, "Later." Then she paused and said, "Alright, you have 5 minutes."
Everyone was looking towards me.
That was it.
I stepped onto the stage and spoke fearlessly about leadership, growth, and becoming a better human being. I ended with a simple thank you.
The applause πππ that followed...
I genuinely don't have words to describe it.
It was one of the most unforgettable moments of my life.
But here's the most interesting part.
During the talk, I mentioned that I run a community where people challenge themselves to become better every day. I didn't even mention Variable Tribe or VT-Challenges by name, but I spoke about the transformation people have seen.
I talked about how VT-Graduates become people who don't just improve their own lives, they strive to make the world a little better too.
That moment reminded me of something important:
Opportunities don't always knock. Sometimes, you have to walk up to the stage and create them yourself.
If you're someone who is serious about self-improvement, don't miss the next season of VT Challenges. It will begin soon, and I'd love to see you there. People have already transformed their lives in 100 days and now it's your turn. For now it's absolutely free. I guarantee in future more people will join and I can't handle more. Maybe it can become paid if more people wish to join. For now it's free, so enroll.
And one more thing...
If you haven't read my book, take a chance.
If you can afford it, I strongly encourage you to get my booklet, 56 Lessons of Greatness.
I'm not saying this just to make a sale.
I'm saying it because I genuinely want you to grow.
Every lesson in that booklet comes from ideas I've personally practiced, lessons that helped me become more disciplined, more confident, and more courageous.
If you're waiting for the "right time," this is it.
Invest in yourself today.
Your future self will thank you.

ONE SHORT LIFE
Why aren't you running like fire toward your wildest dreams?
Why aren't you the crazy one?
Whenever people look at you, they should say, βThis guy is crazy. Brave. Fearless. Good.β
You have one short life. You don't know what will happen after it, you don't know when will you die.
You are made to stand out in this world.
Live in the present. The past shouldn't bother you. Have a goal, and work like hell for it.
There is still a chance. Tonight, start planning. Get a pen and paper, write your goal and draw some protocols and rules which will help you to react to that goal.
You shouldn't be like everyone around you. Because everyone around you isn't great. You must be knowledgeable, skillful, brave, and fearless.
Don't think about people. Let them talk. Let them comment. Let them do whatever they want.
It shouldn't affect you at all.
Glory lies in bravery with humbleness.
You can do anything you truly set your mind to. All it requires is hard work, every single day.
If you really want to win but you're distracted, start today.
Ask yourself why you need to become successful.
The answer shouldn't be to get an iPhone, a car, or a house.
The answer should be something deep, it should be to build a new life, a life of wisdom, bravery, health, and financial freedom, good spouse.
You have one life. Don't waste it waiting. Don't fear anyone, but be humble.
Don't waste it worrying about what people think.
Go after what you want.
All I want is one thing from you, "You should be greatest in your bloodline".
It's ok to go through stress and pressure, don't chase easy life. If you want to become great person, be ready to go through hell.
START NOW.

Donβt just add a grave to the face of the planet.
Some people spend their lives eating, sleeping, working, and surviving.
Others choose to live with a mission.
The best life is not necessarily the longest or easiest one. It is the one where you live bravely, purposefully, and consciously.
A mission to protect your peace.
A mission to protect your life and health.
A mission to grow beyond who you were yesterday.
And a mission to make this world a little better through your actions.
When you live with such a purpose, peace stops being something you chase, it becomes something you create.
Donβt merely exist.
Live with a mission.

We raised βΉ10,050 ($105).
βWhy did you build VariableTribe?β
One day, someone will ask me this.
And my one answer will be:
Because there are people who donβt even know me personally, yet they trusted me enough to spend their hard-earned money to keep this community alive.
They saw what VariableTribe was doing.
They saw the people it was helping.
And without asking for anything in return, they stood behind it.
That is why I built VariableTribe.
Two days ago, I asked you for donations to help renew the VariableTribe website, and a few people came forward.
I saw some donating βΉ49, and some βΉ1000s.
I honestly have no words to express my gratitude to everyone who contributed. I never expected this kind of response.
The people who donated proved something to me: when something is built for truth and genuinely meant to make a difference, there will always be people who refuse to let it drown.
I have never sought anything from you people. In fact, I have always tried my best to give you something.
And if I have given something truly invaluable, I believe it is to the VTCH program , I offered a program of 100 days which aimed to make people's lives better. Currently we have 26 graduates who finished the whole program of 100+ days.
You all people trusted this community, and became part of its journey. That is why I continued writing, creating, and building for you.
I love those messages which you write to me personally, I love when I see that to some extent I have impacted you positively. Although I don't react to your texts that much purposefully. But those texts motivate me to do more for you.
But what happened today has motivated me even more.
It reminded me that this community is not just a website, a group, or a project.
It is people.
Thank you to everyone who has been a part of VariableTribe.
"And a very special thank you π to everyone who donated and helped keep this journey alive.
I'm not disclosing your names for some reasons, but you can never be forgotten. And thank you for trusting me till now.
I will curse myself for betraying and misusing your money."
Those who wanted to donate but had no money, I'm thankful to you as well.
I will give my best to make VT a community that impacts peopleβs lives in the real world, practically. And I will continue doing that.
Iβm not saying this because you donated.
This has always been my purpose.
Whether you donated βΉ1 or βΉ9000, this mission was never dependent on today's donation. Even if it meant continuing with difficulty, I would have found a way to keep VariableTribe alive.
But you chose to stand behind it.
You became the support that kept it moving, and that makes me feel even more responsible for this community.
Your trust has not made me comfortable.
It has made me more determined.
Once more, thank you very much
As the collected money is more than what we need to renew website. The extra amount will be spent for good cause to grow this community, not even a single penny from the donated money will ever be used for my personal motives.
Note: This community doesn't belong to me. I am just an organizer with a motive.
I am deeply grateful. β€οΈ

Fear of Death
Death is something everyone has to go through. So, why fear it?
The majority of people fear it so much that it results in cowardice. Your mentality should be: βI don't want to die, but I'm not terrified of death. β
When you wipe out the fear of death from your life, you become more than an ordinary man. You become more confident, content, and cool. Don't focus on lengthening your life; instead, focus on making the best out of it.
Here is one tool that will help you wipe out any fear, and that's wisdom. The more wisdom you have, the braver you become. You live freely without becoming dependent on worldly things.
No one lives forever. You might die tomorrow in a car accident or from a disease. Why do you pretend that you're going to live forever? Stop deceiving yourself.
The ultimate destination in this world is death. From the moment you are born, you're moving toward death.
This isn't meant to be depressing. Accept death so that you can stop wasting your life fearing it.
Reduce unnecessary desires. Live in the present. Don't let the past bother you. Stop expecting life to remain safe and comfortable forever. Everything external can change, and death is unavoidable.
Instead of being frightened by this, train your mind to accept it. The less dependent you are on possessions, status, comfort, and even life itself, the freer and more peaceful you become.

Instead of being frightened by this, train your mind to accept it. The less dependent you are on possessions, status, comfort, and even life itself, the freer and more peaceful you become.

True Measure of a Man
The true test of a man is how well he can suffer.
Some men go through stress and still appear as if nothing has happened. The way you deal with hardship, pressure, and suffering is the true test of your manhood.
There will always be people competing with you. They also want to become what you want to become. So what you need to do is put in more effort and gain an advantage over them. Eventually, when you put in more effort, you win.
The moment you start winning, you gain more energy. But remember, your opponents and the people competing with you will never give up, because they are many in number. This idea should keep you moving and doing your work.
Exhaust the people in competition by working harder than them. Have more knowledge. Have more wisdom.
The true measure of a man is how well he can suffer and go through pressure. As a man, you need to suffer gracefully for the betterment of your family.
You are going to be worried and stressed. No matter how much money you make, when one problem goes away, another one will arise.
You don't become strong by avoiding fights and hardships.
There are men who are anxious, yet they still go to work and put a smile on their face to make their family feel happy. Be that man. Don't complain.
Your people should admire and adore you. Those who constantly complain are rarely admired.
You are never going to have loyalty around you unless you build your life and become someone worth standing beside.
When the sun is shining, it is difficult to know who your true friends are. When things don't go well in your life, people stop hanging out with you.
True friends are those who stay with you when everything else is gone from your life.
Anything can happen. You may lose your job, your house, or your loved ones. You may enter a dark, black space where everything seems lost.
But those who are mentally strong can come back.
That is the true measure of a man: how well he can suffer, endure, and rise again.
