Sometimes, your feedback baffles me, yet it motivates me to do more, to see deeper. Through it, I’ve come to see both sides of this world: the dark and the light.

Every human being is born on the side of light. But as they grow, influence shapes them.
No one is born evil, people become corrupt through the influence of families, friends, and the company they keep.

Those who remain pure either set strong boundaries that shield them from corruption or have yet to face the weight of evil.

Still, I believe there are brave and good people on this planet, souls who desire peace, love, wisdom, and health. These are the members of VariableTribe.

We are the ones who reject vulgarity and strive for a life filled with peace and love. These are our guiding principles.

I always remind myself: My life is rented, and the rent I must pay is truth, spoken even when no one agrees.

The day I start acting like a coward is the day I declare myself dead. I cannot live as a “yes sir” type.

Throughout history, there have always been two kinds of influencers: good and evil.
Both shape society in powerful ways. In this era, I choose to stand firmly among the good.

And for those who walk with us in VariableTribe, these are the principles we live by:

1). Bravery is non-negotiable. Cowards have no place here.

2). Speak the truth, even if the world around you is brainwashed by lies.

3). Protect your family at all costs. Set discipline and rules so that no evil can grow from within.

4). Be humble towards others, but if arrogance comes your way, humble it on the spot.

5). Zero tolerance for disrespect. If someone disrespects you, avoid them.

6). We aim to make this world a better place to live with our actions. No matter what we do in life, it should contribute something to society in a positive way.


This is who we are. This is what we stand for. This is VariableTribe.

Big cities are not always the best places to live.
A life of luxury does not always mean a life of peace.
Pockets filled with money doesn't always mean freedom.

In today’s world, less than 10% of people live with true happiness and satisfaction.
Many rich people have no time to enjoy life, they are burdened with debt and trapped in a cycle that feels like slavery. They even are not able to give time to their kids.
At the same time, many poor people live in despair, lacking education, opportunities, and a sense of purpose.

Most people are tied to corporate jobs just to pay off EMIs and loans. They feel completely trapped.
Even the cars you see on the roads, many of them are rented or still under heavy loans.

Such pressures leave people deeply depressed.
They often become so bitter that they cannot even appreciate the happiness of others.

Lesson: True happiness does not come from wealth, status, or possessions, but from peace of mind, contentment, and living a life of balance and purpose.

- Money is important, but it’s not everything.
- Focus on relationships, family, health, and personal growth.
- It’s okay to earn less and live peacefully; it’s not okay to earn more and live in misery.
- A person without peace is cursed, while one with peace is truly honored.

Brutal and Dark reality 🔥

All the problems in the world will be fixed if schools/colleges/universities will truly focus on real quality education with updated knowledge.
I’m fed up with most of these institutions.

Those people who succeed aren't just dependent on such institutions, they learn most of the things on their own.

Educational institutions of the majority of the nations are busy in corruption. Quality education is not their main priority.

Imagine a nation filled with critical thinkers, leaders, educated people and women who think rationally.
There will be no space for corruption in such a nation, people will be civilized, politicians will give their best to win upcoming elections, there will be peace.

But it seems such puppets want to keep people uneducated, so that people can get easily brainwashed and manipulated with their speeches.
Wake up, stop rotting your brain with mindless scrolling and wasting time.
Protect yourself first, no external party cares about you and your families.

Educate yourself,
Don't be dependent on just educational institutions, be a self learner.

Your first motive should be to earn money ethically.
Once the first motive is fixed, then work on rest of the things.
Get married, have kids and educate them by yourself first.


These days you might be seeing, many people leave there parents in old age homes.
One of the reasons is "Parents themselves", they didn't educate them well, during childhood they didn't spent time with kids.

But you the people of VariableTribe should become good children, good parents.
To achieve that goal first educate yourself and earn money so that your family including you will have great life.

Episode Realization for Men:

To those men of this tribe who are financially dependent on parents.

After sometime your parents will retire, you will be told to get married.

But before it, you will check your pocket, you will contemplate about the expenses which you have to carry.

If you will not be financially stable. It will depress your life.
Such a situation will hurt you mentally.

You are still young. Stop wasting time like others do.
Act unique.

Most of people around you have no goal in life. Don't act like them.

Work work work till you become financially independent. Then think about moving out for days to rest.
Till then you have no time to rest.

Wake up, work on goals, sleep for rest.
Wake up, work on goals, sleep for rest.

Don't seek mental rest while wasting time, you already get rest while eating food, going to the washroom, walking, and sleeping.

All you need is, to do work.


I'm not your Father.
But imagine your father telling you today:
My son, I'm old now, I want to retire. I earn less wages. Kindly work hard for the next 2 years, break the curse which is put upon our family. Stop chasing pleasures, girls, stop wasting time for 2 years.

Most of the people have this condition.

So, now wake up to reality.
Stop focusing on work-life balance during the struggling stage.

Learn to say no, when others say something which wastes your time.

You are men, you have responsibility over your kids, wife, parents, family.
Don't forget your priority in the noise of this bustling world.

- Using social media isn't fun.
- Spending time with baddies isn't fun.
- Consuming useless content to laugh isn't fun.
- Going to the homes of relatives isn't fun.

For now, working hard to get reward is only fun and you should work for it.

She Slept with CEOs

A young girl once dreamed of landing a good job. She worked hard, got selected, and her parents were proud. She wanted to grow in her career.

But in many workplaces, dark realities exist. One day her boss began approaching her, not with work, but with offers. At first she ignored.
Then came the temptation: a night-out in exchange for a promotion. She agreed. The next morning, she had more money, a higher position… but something inside her was lost.

This is not one story. It is the silent story of thousands.
The people who work in MNCs, Corporates daily witness such things happening.
A lot of girls don't get promotions with just skills but with offers.

Girls (and even boys) are sometimes brainwashed into believing shortcuts are the only way forward. Promotions, money, lifestyle, at the cost of dignity.

Unfortunately, there are also people who think promotion is worth any price. They don’t realize that one wrong step leaves a scar for life, a scar that even success cannot heal.

If you are young and stepping into corporate life, remember:
Evil exists in many places, be aware.

Sometimes professors, managers, even peers may try to manipulate you.

Alcohol, parties, a birthday cake, a cup of tea, “extra favors”, they can be traps.
Once you give in, the guilt follows you forever.

👉 Protect your dignity.
👉 Be brave enough to walk away.
👉 Don’t spend your time with people who trade their values for shortcuts.

Corporate life is not just about salary, it tests your principles.

Why do I despise the teachings of SCHOOLS and Colleges!

These institutions play a great role in fading the critical ability of a kid.
Great discoveries were made by people, who challenged the norms and did something outside of the box.

I have seen a plethora of people who have achieved a lot of degrees, most among them are not civilized yet.
Although they try to appear cool, after spending time with them it seems they are fools who fake things.

Modern educational institutions are more about business than study hubs.
They promise that they will make students educated, but at the end most among those settle for mediocrity.

I dream of creating a school, where questioning will be honored,
Critiques will be rewarded,
Practical knowledge will be served.
Game changers will be born.
Aim will be to create a civilized population out of it

Why I started Variable Tribe Challenges:

If I'm an influencer, influencing people with my spine-striking messages.
Now imagine my readers are dumb, don't you think I should feel ashamed of myself.

I don't want to become like other influencers. Conducting these challenges is not just a task for me now, it's a responsibility.

Sometimes when I'm tired from a day and when I reach back on my desk, I remember to work on challenges. So I do it, regardless of how I feel.

I believe all those who are part of "Variable Tribe" should be well Educated critical thinkers. They should remain an example for others in any endeavor of mankind. They should not be just ordinary beings.


Tomorrow we will create a new private community of challengers. They are the ones who are resilient and disciplined.
Initially many joined and later many gave up half way.

Now this group is for collecting people and training them with my messages.
Variable Tribe Challenge is a sort of a machine to filter out genuine people.

That final group will be powerful.


In one year if we do 3 to 4 challenges.
I will easily filter out a group of 70 to 80 people a year.

If more people came, it would mean a big community.
Imagine how powerful we will be.
The people from different countries.

And luckily all will be trained in challenges.

And I will continue doing these challenges till I lose my life/health.

Today is the Funeral of the “Variable Tribe” YouTube Channel.

It's time for mourning...

      Yes, it’s true. Variable Tribe’s YouTube channel has been completely terminated. All the videos are gone.
   And they alleged that my crime was posting hate speech, abusive content, pornography and harassment content on that channel.


   In history I have seen how they silenced the people who wanted the world to become a better place.

Puppets often put false allegations on people who want betterment for the world. And the same thing happened with my videos.

  I often warn you, they don’t want your growth. They don’t want this world to improve. And yet, many still believe those systems care about them.

- Mark my words:
    Modern Educational factories like Schools, colleges, universities etc. are pure businesses and they can't not make you educated and critical thinkers. It's you who can change your life. But they make you believe that you should go to school and educate yourself.
- 90% rapists, murderers, terrorists etc have gone to school but are they educated? 
   Note: I don't stop anyone from going to these institutions, but my message is that they can't make you what you want. It's your talent and hardwork which can make you successful in life.


My videos were created to help people rise, to awaken minds.  They were just the beginning of something bigger. They noticed… and they deleted the channel.

But here’s what they don’t know:

I anticipated this shadow ban , that’s why I shifted my focus to Variable Tribe Challenges.
