In the end, I stand as the most confident and fulfilled person in any room.

The time I was writing book till late nights, my mind tried to trick me for sleep. But I knew if I didn't finish the lesson, I may enter into the zone of complacency and I couldn't finish writing the book. I challenged it and finished writing book in less time.

I Slapped Him.

I am variable. I am not same everytime. I change. Sometimes I am soft and sometimes hard.
  You can see me smile and at the same time you can see me goading into you seriously.

I punish those who walk with me but don’t follow my protocols.

My protocols are simple:

Don’t waste time.
Don’t use foul language.
Be respectful.
Talk about meaningful things.


If you’re with me, you’ll follow these. If not, you won’t be in my circle.

That's why I don't prefer to have big circles.

Once upon a time, a boy started spending his time with me. But before meeting me, he had bad company, he was addicted to using abusive words.

I explained to him, "Don’t use such words."
But he didn’t stop.

I warned him, "Next time, I’ll slap you."
He still didn’t listen.
So, I slapped him.

From that day forward, he never used bad language in front of me.

I didn’t feel proud of slapping him. But to correct him, I chose that approach. Sometimes I chose soft approach too and it depends on the situation.
    If it is difficult to teach any lesson to a person, I use hard ways.



Now, here’s something to think about.

If you are a leader and you want to change any persons bad behavior. Because his actions imbalance the decorum of group.

What will you do.
Probably you will teach him with words.
     I did the same first. Then I applied the hard method to mend him.

Can you slap someone the way I did?
I think no, if you did, they’d fight back. And I don't encourage you to do so.

But in my case, my personality and actions stopped him from reacting. His mind told him, "He is teaching you a lesson." There I was a big master.

The message?
A leader’s role is to improve the lives of those around them. Find different ways to do that. I often use words to teach lessons to people. But if I care more, I use hard methods too.

This is what I focus on in my life. Because I refuse to die as a man who never made his people happy.

Believe me, once you do, your life will not be like those who are lost in depression. Your life will be peaceful, and you will feel like a king.

The Key? Work Hard.

If I could imagine my regret on my deathbed, it would be this:

Bravery doesn't mean you have to fight

Be brave and strong.
It is the ultimate way to win most of the time.

But when you achieve bravery and strength, most among you forget to remain humble. Instead of living a life of peace, chaos dominates your life.

Remember my words, "You only are not the strongest person in a room, the strongest one will smash your bravery, it will paralyze your confidence.
Once confidence is paralyzed, downfall starts. Only resilient once comeback. They are only a few with the right mindset. "

I'm commanding you to be strong so that you can fight. But refrain from the fights.

Fights snatch peace from both the parties.


I fear two things in life: sleep and fights.
It is not because I will always lose there. It's because the fight snatches peace and sleep haunts me in dreams.

The only advice today I can give you is, pray not to be the part of fights, even if you are strong enough to win.

Your boss doesn’t want you to read this.

This morning, I took my son to the hospital for allergy tests.

The appointment was confirmed last minute.

And if I had a job…

I would’ve had to ask someone for permission.

Explain myself. Justify why my child’s health was more important than a meeting.

And hope they “approve” it.

Yet another reason I’m glad I’m self-employed.

Because when you work for yourself, your time is yours.

Sure, I might grind-out and work 18 hours tomorrow…

But that’s my choice.

And today, my choice was to use that freedom to be a dad.

And as I sat in the waiting room, I spoke to a single mum sitting across from me.

She told me she works for a big bank and she had to book today off four weeks in advance.

And even then, they weren’t keen to approve it!

This is the game we’re stuck in.

And people like her don’t even realise they have other options.

On her way out, I gave her my book, so hopefully it might help her.

Because no one talks about this:

-Working for yourself is hard at first, but gets easier over time.
-Working for someone else is easy at first, but gets harder over time.

Entrepreneurs will jump in now and say:

“Being your own boss isn’t for everyone.”

It is not the talent which can take you to the highest positions in life, but it is the usage of your talent at the right time.

A lot of talented people around us are not able to find any work to do where they can use their talent. It is because they learnt something but couldn't use it, so their talent is wasted.

Now what you need to learn is that; learning any skill without knowing where to use it, is the dumbest act any person can ever do. But most of the people do it.
They learn a lot of stuff, still they are surpassed by the others who aren't better than them.
The reason others are more successful than them is because they found the right industry and showed their talent at the right time.

But the truth is, still most talent will get wasted.

The Art of Working Like a King

Many people struggle to understand my work philosophy.
    I often say, "I operate in binary mode: I either work or I sleep."
This doesn't mean I slave away for 17 hours a day and collapse into bed for the remaining 7. Neither does it imply that I bury my nose in a book for 10 hours straight in the library.
Instead, it's about working smart, not hard, and living life to the fullest.

To comprehend this, let's dive into human biology. Our brains can only maintain focus on a task for a limited time. Watching an hour-long video might leave us restless and unable to absorb information by the end. Knowing this, I've crafted a lifestyle that maximizes productivity and personal satisfaction.


My Royal Routine⭐

- Focused Work (5 hours a day):
This is my personal time, no one interrupts here. I dedicate 5 hours daily to tasks that require deep concentration. This could be learning to code, reading, or engaging with educational content. The key is to work in shifts of no more than 1 hour at a time, then switch to another task. This keeps my mind fresh and my productivity high.

- Living Like a King (12 hours a day): The rest of my time is devoted to activities that enrich my life and soul. I enjoy leisurely meals, engage in meaningful conversations, write, think, walk, work out, and teach others. These activities free my mind and body, allowing me to live like a king. But i don't waste these hours into something meaningless.


The Path to Happiness

It took me two years to cultivate this lifestyle. There were times when I felt unhappy and unfulfilled, but now, I'm content and at peace. I've discovered that the less I work with focused focus, the more productive I become.


In essence, there are two types of work in my life:

1. Work to Achieve and Maintain Success (5 hours): This is the focused effort I put into focused tasks each day.
2. Work to Live Freely and Regally (12 hours): This is the time I invest in personal growth, group studies, relationships, and enjoyable activities.

Remember, I am variable, So I change. This balance may shift in the future, but for now, I'm relishing this royal lifestyle. Embrace the art of working like a king, and you too can lead a happier, more productive life.
