Make your word valuable:

If you say something, you must mean it. And then you must do it. Otherwise, your word doesn't mean anything.

How often did you tell yourself "I'm doing it tomorrow" but didn't do it?

That needs to stop. If you say you will do XYZ tomorrow, XYZ will get done tomorrow.

If you don't do it, you should feel a deep shame within yourself, asking yourself if that's the type of man you want to be. A man whose word isn't worth anything.
