True Measure of a Man
The true test of a man is how well he can suffer.
Some men go through stress and still appear as if nothing has happened. The way you deal with hardship, pressure, and suffering is the true test of your manhood.
There will always be people competing with you. They also want to become what you want to become. So what you need to do is put in more effort and gain an advantage over them. Eventually, when you put in more effort, you win.
The moment you start winning, you gain more energy. But remember, your opponents and the people competing with you will never give up, because they are many in number. This idea should keep you moving and doing your work.
Exhaust the people in competition by working harder than them. Have more knowledge. Have more wisdom.
The true measure of a man is how well he can suffer and go through pressure. As a man, you need to suffer gracefully for the betterment of your family.
You are going to be worried and stressed. No matter how much money you make, when one problem goes away, another one will arise.
You don't become strong by avoiding fights and hardships.
There are men who are anxious, yet they still go to work and put a smile on their face to make their family feel happy. Be that man. Don't complain.
Your people should admire and adore you. Those who constantly complain are rarely admired.
You are never going to have loyalty around you unless you build your life and become someone worth standing beside.
When the sun is shining, it is difficult to know who your true friends are. When things don't go well in your life, people stop hanging out with you.
True friends are those who stay with you when everything else is gone from your life.
Anything can happen. You may lose your job, your house, or your loved ones. You may enter a dark, black space where everything seems lost.
But those who are mentally strong can come back.
That is the true measure of a man: how well he can suffer, endure, and rise again.

Health should be your first priority
Health should be your primary concern; everything else is secondary.
I can't express in just words how important health is.
If you haven't fallen sick till now, don't wish for it. Some sicknesses will make you cry. And if you have gone through a terrible illness in life, take precautions so that it never happens again.
Job, business, income source, or studies, they are all important. But you can only experience true happiness when you are healthy.
Imagine you have a good job and the best spouse, but you are unhealthy. You don't have the energy to walk properly or even talk properly.
Health includes both mental and physical health.
I believe many things can be prevented or managed if you take proper precautions. It may take time, but you have to set some protocols and follow them strictly.
Here's a list of two habits you must follow if you really want to stay fit:
1) Avoid street food.
You don't know what it's made of. The oil they use may be too old and can make you fall ill. There are chances you might get food poisoning if the food is prepared or stored improperly. It's better to prepare food yourself at home, or eat the food your mother prepares.
2) Sleep well.
The more I grow, the more I realize how important sleep is. It rejuvenates our body and mind and makes us feel fresh.
But it should be healthy sleep. Healthy sleep means sleeping on time, waking up on time, and getting enough sleep for a consistent number of hours.
I have gone through health issues in my life. At times, I felt that everything was over. But I don't want you to go through that.
The future is unpredictable. Anything can happen to you. Still, the wise are the ones who take precautions.
Take care of your health before your body forces you to.

Building trust requires nothing more than being truthful.
If you are willing to be honest and genuine with another person, you give them a reason to trust you. But if you constantly fear being deceived or cheated, that fear can turn you into a suspicious person. And people can sense when they are not trusted. Over time, that lack of trust can push them away. If they get an opportunity to leave a relationship where they are constantly doubted, they may choose to do so.
The harsh reality of the world is that people often value you based on the utility you provide. And truthfulness itself has utility. It creates reliability, predictability, and trust, qualities that make relationships stronger.
This does not mean you have to be an open book. Privacy is not dishonesty. You don't have to reveal everything about yourself. But when someone asks you a question, in most cases, answering genuinely is better than creating stories just to protect yourself.
Because once you start building a relationship on carefully constructed lies, you don't just lose the truth; you gradually lose the trust that the relationship was built upon.
So, be truthful and win the trust of people.
You can't win the trust of every person even with truth, and you don't need to. But the person with whom you spend most of your time, be honest and genuine with them.
These days, people fake a lot of things. They create an image, hide their weaknesses, and sometimes pretend to be someone they are not. But imagine you fake things in front of an experienced person. They may not say anything. They may even behave normally with you. But inside, they will understand that something is not genuine and may quietly keep their distance.
And when you need them, they may not be there to help you. Then you may play the victim and blame them for not being there for you, without realizing that you were the one who pushed them away by being fake.
Be real. Be who you are when you talk.
You don't need to manufacture an image to earn people's trust. Be truthful, be genuine, and let people see you as you actually are. Be who you are.
That's how great leaders act. They don't need to pretend to be someone else. And that is one of the reasons people trust them and choose to follow them.

What If
We often say: What if?
If the answer is negative, it symbolizes weakness in spirit and plan.
What if it didn't work? Winners never say things this way.
Success is like riding a cycle. Initially, you are enthusiastic, but when you start to climb the hill, it gets harder. The one who continues to ride without stopping will reach the goal.
What if you did it? For a minute, imagine how your life will look if you made it, if you achieved what you dreamed of.
What if your dream came true? Your whole life will flip from mediocrity to greatness. A nice home, a nice car, a good school for your kids, you will have every basic thing which you need. You will be respected when you walk.
If you spend time with losers, you will be the next loser. They will drag you down subconsciously. Associate your time with the right people or with solitude.
Gold is waiting for you. All you need is tireless effort. Everything will work out for you if you don't doubt. No one is there to stop you unless you stop in comfort.
The most uncomfortable word to your ears should be comfort.
Work. Work. Work with heart and see the magic in life.
It is easy to visualize the right things when everything is right in your life. But when everything goes wrong, when you lose a limb, meet with an accident, fall ill, lose loved ones, or go through heartbreak, if you can still visualize the right things and put in the effort, you fall into the category of the top 1% of winners on this planet.
School and college will not teach you success. Circumstances in life will make you realize why you need to become successful.
Avoid losers. Avoid time-wasters. Sit in solitude, contemplate over your life.
I hope every one of you achieves grand success in life. But guess what? You will never get that if you stop when it gets tough. You will never get results if you don't think and act like winners.
Be selfish for the next three years. Make yourself strong. Be selfish with your time and income. Avoid people ruthlessly without showing emotions.
What if you actually achieved every single goal? How will you feel? Will you be the same person you are today?
Winning makes you different. It will command respect from others for you.
Ladies and gentlemen, time, once gone, will not come back.
This is the best time to start. What is the fun of regretting after five years when you will still be a loser?
Go for it now. Now. Now.
Feel my message. Understand what I am trying to convey. I want your win. That's why I write these messages.
Sometimes, you might need to change the plan, but don't stop.
You are different only if you don't quit. Otherwise, you are the same as ordinary people.
Ordinary people also have big ambitions and goals. They too want money and success. What differentiates them from you is how hard you work.
Be specific with your goals. Don't say, "I need money and a good job." Be specific about the job and money.
Every morning when you get up, don't start scrolling on social media. Do what's important for your success and your goal.
Imagine after 10 years, 15 years, 20 years.
You are living a phenomenal life with a spouse and kids, without any sort of great problem like ordinary people have.
Uff.
That will be the crazy moment. When you look back, you will feel proud of yourself.
Then I get an email from you:
"Hey Variable, I made it. I made it. I am living a happy life. My whole life flipped. I was in your group."
I am waiting for such emails. Not for gratefulness without achieving anything.
Don't say thank you to me for writing these messages. Show me what you have done or what has changed in your life because of these messages.
I will keep writing. Will you keep uplifting yourselves?
If yes, it's fair.
Only people with a winner's mindset win.
Be selfish for yourself. Avoid negative people. Love yourself.
If you are in a relationship with someone but are not married yet, tell them, "I'm now serious. I can't give you more time."
If they complain, they don't want you to succeed, it's okay to leave them.

Stop Comparing Your Life to Social Media
There are people who get brainwashed by social media to such an extent that they think whatever they see is real. So, they try to follow those trends. But the story is completely different.
A lot of people feel that everyone on social media is living a better life than them. You see luxury cars, expensive trips, perfect bodies, successful businesses, happy relationships, and people who seem to have everything figured out. Then you look at your own life and wonder why you are falling behind.
Stop comparing your entire life with someone else's selected moments.
A photograph is only a snapshot. There are people with cars bought on huge debts. You don't see the debt behind the car, the failures behind the business, the arguments behind the relationship, or the difficult days behind the perfect picture.
This doesn't mean everyone is pretending. It means you simply don't have the whole story.
Don't confuse looking successful with actually being successful. A rented car can create an image. A borrowed lifestyle can create an impression. But neither gives you genuine progress.
Real success isn't loud.
It is becoming stronger, learning useful skills, taking care of your body, managing your money, controlling your emotions, keeping your promises, and becoming someone you respect.
These things may not get likes, but they build your life. Stop measuring your progress against strangers on a screen.
Maybe you are still unemployed. Maybe you're still studying. Maybe your career hasn't started. Maybe you haven't achieved much yet.
That's not failure. That's simply where you are.
Your goal isn't to look like you have a great life. Your goal is to actually build one.
Build something real enough that you don't need to prove it to anyone.
Stop comparing your skin colour, tone of voice, or financial condition with others on social media. A lot of what you see is fake and for show. Instead, focus on building your life brick by brick. If you lack something work on it, it will take time.
You want to have a good physique and strength? Go to the gym for years, eat a healthy diet, sacrifice bad habits and avoid shortcuts.
You want to have good knowledge? Read books for years, explore society, engage with people in discussions, and learn from them.
You want to get a decent job? Study for years.
You want to start a business? Have thirst, the ability to take risks, and business acumen.
Stop perceiving everything on social media as real.
There are people smiling in their social media posts, but in reality, many of them may be going through depression or difficult times.
The message is simple: build yourself.
Whatever you see on social media, remember that a large majority of it is staged, curated, or only a small part of someone's reality.
So don't waste your life trying to become what you see on a screen.
Build your own life, brick by brick.

Whatever you see on social media, remember that a large majority of it is staged, curated, or only a small part of someone's reality.
So don't waste your life trying to become what you see on a screen.
Build your own life, brick by brick.

- You are not your age.
- You are not the certificates hanging on your wall.
- You are not your degree, your followers, your job title, or the position you hold.
Those things may describe you, but they do not define you.
You are what you repeatedly do.
- You are the habits you practice when nobody is watching.
- You are revealed in the way you treat people who can do nothing for you.
- You are reflected in the things you consistently talk about, the ideas you carry, the dreams you pursue, the problems you complain about, and the purpose you choose to serve.
Anyone can claim to be great.
Anyone can write an impressive title beside their name.
But character cannot be claimed.
It is demonstrated repeatedly.
Your actions introduce you long before your words can explain you.
- Your consistency speaks louder than your potential.
- Your treatment of others reveals more about you than your achievements ever will.
So do not become obsessed with looking important.
Become someone whose actions make them important.
Do meaningful work. Treat people with dignity. Speak about things that matter. And repeat the kind of actions that slowly build the person you want to become.
Because in the end, people may forget your age.
They may forget your certificates, your job title.
But they will remember who you consistently proved yourself to be.
That is what earns respect.
