100 Letters from VARIABLE

From VTCH4 onwards, you will begin receiving letters from me inside VTCH.

These letters will aim to improve your life, challenge your thinking, and help you see the world differently.

Since this is a new initiative, VTCH4 members may receive only a few letters. VTCH5 members will receive more, and with every new season, the collection will grow until there are 100 letters.

Every morning for 100 days, you will receive one letter to read.

Each letter is a reflection of what life has taught me. They are lessons I have learned through experience and want to pass on to you.

They will be honest, direct, and unfiltered.

These letters are exclusive to the members of that particular VTCH season. I don't plan to publish them as a book. They are meant to remain personal letters for those who choose to walk this journey.

Everything you read will come from my own experiences. No AI. No copying from other sources. Just honest lessons from life.

How to become emotionally strong.

I have written a detailed article on one of the most important life skills, emotional strength.
This article is based on Event 4, where we discussed fear, anger, desire, sadness, worry, boredom, excitement, and how to manage each of them. Here, I've summarized and expanded those ideas into a practical guide.
In today's world, emotional strength is no longer optional, it's a necessity. Read the article till the end, and then share your thoughts, experiences, or even your disagreements in the comments. I'd love to hear your perspective.

Attention

Every waking moment, you are paying attention to something.

Right now, your attention is on these words. Ten minutes ago, it was somewhere else. The only time your attention truly stops is when you fall into deep sleep.

But there is something most people never notice.
Whenever you pay attention to something, you are paying with more than just your time. You are paying with the gradual shaping of your mind.

Every video you watch, every conversation you have, every person you admire, every post you scroll-past, each one leaves a mark. The change is so subtle and gradual that you don't notice it, yet over days, months, and years, it transforms who you become.

Your attention is the training ground of your mind.

Pay attention to wisdom, and your mind becomes wiser.
Pay attention to discipline, and your mind becomes disciplined.
Pay attention to greatness, and your mind begins to seek greatness.

But pay attention to gossip, endless politics, meaningless entertainment, envy, and negativity, and your mind will quietly adapt to them instead.

Be careful where you place your attention. Because whatever repeatedly captures your attention eventually captures your mind.

Choose books over noise.
Choose meaningful conversations over arguments.
Choose people who inspire over people who complain.
Choose knowledge over endless scrolling.

Protect your attention.

It is not just deciding what you see, it is deciding who you become.

Today, I did something absolutely crazy.

It may sound like a movie scene, but it's what it's.

In the morning I was returning from somewhere when I noticed a huge banner announcing a program. The title was something like "Gender Roles in Leadership."

Curiosity took over.

I walked into the auditorium. Around 300–500 people were listening to a 75+ year-old lady delivering her speech. I quietly sat in the last row with no plan.

A few minutes later, she finished speaking. The organizers were waiting for The Vice Chancellor who wasn't present there.

And then...

Without thinking, I stood up confidently.

I walked straight toward the stage and politely asked her, "May I have a few minutes to speak?"

At first, she said, "Later." Then she paused and said, "Alright, you have 5 minutes."

Everyone was looking towards me.
That was it.

I stepped onto the stage and spoke fearlessly about leadership, growth, and becoming a better human being. I ended with a simple thank you.

The applause πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ that followed...
I genuinely don't have words to describe it.

It was one of the most unforgettable moments of my life.

But here's the most interesting part.

During the talk, I mentioned that I run a community where people challenge themselves to become better every day. I didn't even mention Variable Tribe or VT-Challenges by name, but I spoke about the transformation people have seen.

I talked about how VT-Graduates become people who don't just improve their own lives, they strive to make the world a little better too.

That moment reminded me of something important:

Opportunities don't always knock. Sometimes, you have to walk up to the stage and create them yourself.

If you're someone who is serious about self-improvement, don't miss the next season of VT Challenges. It will begin soon, and I'd love to see you there. People have already transformed their lives in 100 days and now it's your turn. For now it's absolutely free. I guarantee in future more people will join and I can't handle more. Maybe it can become paid if more people wish to join. For now it's free, so enroll.

And one more thing...
If you haven't read my book, take a chance.
If you can afford it, I strongly encourage you to get my booklet, 56 Lessons of Greatness.

I'm not saying this just to make a sale.
I'm saying it because I genuinely want you to grow.

Every lesson in that booklet comes from ideas I've personally practiced, lessons that helped me become more disciplined, more confident, and more courageous.

If you're waiting for the "right time," this is it.

Invest in yourself today.
Your future self will thank you.

ONE SHORT LIFE

Why aren't you running like fire toward your wildest dreams?
Why aren't you the crazy one?
Whenever people look at you, they should say, β€œThis guy is crazy. Brave. Fearless. Good.”

You have one short life. You don't know what will happen after it, you don't know when will you die.
You are made to stand out in this world.

Live in the present. The past shouldn't bother you. Have a goal, and work like hell for it.
There is still a chance. Tonight, start planning. Get a pen and paper, write your goal and draw some protocols and rules which will help you to react to that goal.

You shouldn't be like everyone around you. Because everyone around you isn't great. You must be knowledgeable, skillful, brave, and fearless.
Don't think about people. Let them talk. Let them comment. Let them do whatever they want.
It shouldn't affect you at all.
Glory lies in bravery with humbleness.

You can do anything you truly set your mind to. All it requires is hard work, every single day.
If you really want to win but you're distracted, start today.

Ask yourself why you need to become successful.
The answer shouldn't be to get an iPhone, a car, or a house.
The answer should be something deep, it should be to build a new life, a life of wisdom, bravery, health, and financial freedom, good spouse.
You have one life. Don't waste it waiting. Don't fear anyone, but be humble.
Don't waste it worrying about what people think.
Go after what you want.

All I want is one thing from you, "You should be greatest in your bloodline".
It's ok to go through stress and pressure, don't chase easy life. If you want to become great person, be ready to go through hell.

START NOW.

Don’t just add a grave to the face of the planet.

Some people spend their lives eating, sleeping, working, and surviving.

Others choose to live with a mission.

The best life is not necessarily the longest or easiest one. It is the one where you live bravely, purposefully, and consciously.

A mission to protect your peace.
A mission to protect your life and health.
A mission to grow beyond who you were yesterday.
And a mission to make this world a little better through your actions.

When you live with such a purpose, peace stops being something you chase, it becomes something you create.

Don’t merely exist.
Live with a mission.

We raised β‚Ή10,050 ($105).

β€œWhy did you build VariableTribe?”
One day, someone will ask me this.

And my one answer will be:
Because there are people who don’t even know me personally, yet they trusted me enough to spend their hard-earned money to keep this community alive.
They saw what VariableTribe was doing.
They saw the people it was helping.
And without asking for anything in return, they stood behind it.
That is why I built VariableTribe.

Two days ago, I asked you for donations to help renew the VariableTribe website, and a few people came forward.
I saw some donating β‚Ή49, and some β‚Ή1000s.

I honestly have no words to express my gratitude to everyone who contributed. I never expected this kind of response.

The people who donated proved something to me: when something is built for truth and genuinely meant to make a difference, there will always be people who refuse to let it drown.

I have never sought anything from you people. In fact, I have always tried my best to give you something.

And if I have given something truly invaluable, I believe it is to the VTCH program , I offered a program of 100 days which aimed to make people's lives better. Currently we have 26 graduates who finished the whole program of 100+ days.

You all people trusted this community, and became part of its journey. That is why I continued writing, creating, and building for you.

I love those messages which you write to me personally, I love when I see that to some extent I have impacted you positively. Although I don't react to your texts that much purposefully. But those texts motivate me to do more for you.

But what happened today has motivated me even more.

It reminded me that this community is not just a website, a group, or a project.
It is people.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of VariableTribe.

"And a very special thank you πŸŽ€ to everyone who donated and helped keep this journey alive.
I'm not disclosing your names for some reasons, but you can never be forgotten. And thank you for trusting me till now.
I will curse myself for betraying and misusing your money."

Those who wanted to donate but had no money, I'm thankful to you as well.

I will give my best to make VT a community that impacts people’s lives in the real world, practically. And I will continue doing that.
I’m not saying this because you donated.
This has always been my purpose.
Whether you donated β‚Ή1 or β‚Ή9000, this mission was never dependent on today's donation. Even if it meant continuing with difficulty, I would have found a way to keep VariableTribe alive.
But you chose to stand behind it.
You became the support that kept it moving, and that makes me feel even more responsible for this community.
Your trust has not made me comfortable.
It has made me more determined.
Once more, thank you very much

As the collected money is more than what we need to renew website. The extra amount will be spent for good cause to grow this community, not even a single penny from the donated money will ever be used for my personal motives.

Note: This community doesn't belong to me. I am just an organizer with a motive.

I am deeply grateful. ❀️

Fear of Death

Death is something everyone has to go through. So, why fear it?

The majority of people fear it so much that it results in cowardice. Your mentality should be: β€œI don't want to die, but I'm not terrified of death. ”

When you wipe out the fear of death from your life, you become more than an ordinary man. You become more confident, content, and cool. Don't focus on lengthening your life; instead, focus on making the best out of it.

Here is one tool that will help you wipe out any fear, and that's wisdom. The more wisdom you have, the braver you become. You live freely without becoming dependent on worldly things.

No one lives forever. You might die tomorrow in a car accident or from a disease. Why do you pretend that you're going to live forever? Stop deceiving yourself.

The ultimate destination in this world is death. From the moment you are born, you're moving toward death.
This isn't meant to be depressing. Accept death so that you can stop wasting your life fearing it.

Reduce unnecessary desires. Live in the present. Don't let the past bother you. Stop expecting life to remain safe and comfortable forever. Everything external can change, and death is unavoidable.

Instead of being frightened by this, train your mind to accept it. The less dependent you are on possessions, status, comfort, and even life itself, the freer and more peaceful you become.

True Measure of a Man

The true test of a man is how well he can suffer.

Some men go through stress and still appear as if nothing has happened. The way you deal with hardship, pressure, and suffering is the true test of your manhood.

There will always be people competing with you. They also want to become what you want to become. So what you need to do is put in more effort and gain an advantage over them. Eventually, when you put in more effort, you win.

The moment you start winning, you gain more energy. But remember, your opponents and the people competing with you will never give up, because they are many in number. This idea should keep you moving and doing your work.

Exhaust the people in competition by working harder than them. Have more knowledge. Have more wisdom.

The true measure of a man is how well he can suffer and go through pressure. As a man, you need to suffer gracefully for the betterment of your family.

You are going to be worried and stressed. No matter how much money you make, when one problem goes away, another one will arise.

You don't become strong by avoiding fights and hardships.

There are men who are anxious, yet they still go to work and put a smile on their face to make their family feel happy. Be that man. Don't complain.

Your people should admire and adore you. Those who constantly complain are rarely admired.

You are never going to have loyalty around you unless you build your life and become someone worth standing beside.

When the sun is shining, it is difficult to know who your true friends are. When things don't go well in your life, people stop hanging out with you.

True friends are those who stay with you when everything else is gone from your life.

Anything can happen. You may lose your job, your house, or your loved ones. You may enter a dark, black space where everything seems lost.
But those who are mentally strong can come back.

That is the true measure of a man: how well he can suffer, endure, and rise again.
