More than 30 have already enrolled, but don’t let that stop you.

Imagine you get this certificate.

This is not just a certificate.
This is proof.
Proof that you chose growth when comfort was easier.
Proof that you stayed when quitting was louder.
Proof that you’re not average.
But understand this clearly, not everyone gets it.

This is the only certificate in the world you receive when you truly work on yourself.
It belongs to those who have the appetite to become wise and to win in life.

If you spend more than 50 days inside VTCH,
you will receive a Certificate of Participation.
But,
If you go all the way. If you complete the VTCH fully.
If you prove consistency and discipline,
You unlock something different.
A certificate with a QR code.

That QR will take anyone directly to the VT Graduates page,
where your identity will be clear:
You didn’t just join. You finished.

And remember this,
VT GRADUATES are not like average people.
They think differently, act differently and endure differently.
Because they chose to become different

Note: This above one is dummy...

Stop taking everything so seriously.

Stress can damage your health. It can age you, affect your mind, and slowly take away your peace.

Back then I’ve gone through a phase like that myself, and now I see many people stuck in the same cycle.

What's the real problem?
Most people don’t experience genuine joy. They are just numb, stressed, not working everyday.
Chill....
I later started enjoying every single minute of my life, I stopped stressing. And the results were wonderful.

Think about it, three generations from now, no one will remember your name. You probably don’t even know your great-grandfather’s name. Life is temporary.
So enjoy the ride.

Whatever you do, do it fully. There will be hard days, no doubt; but don’t let them break you. Don’t let overthinking steal your peace.
Give your best. That’s enough.

Death is certain. So why live in a way that robs you of calm and happiness?
Trust the process.

Work consistently toward your goals, but don’t overthink to the point where you lose yourself. Stay grounded, stay present, and let yourself live.

Be happy and cool.
But wise....

Mental fog

Imagine waking up every morning with your phone in hand,
scrolling videos, watching random news, consuming things that don’t matter.

Even 5 minutes is enough.
It creates a mental fog.
A quiet distraction that stays with you.
And once that fog settles in,
focus becomes harder than it should be.
Your morning shouldn’t start with noise.

It should start with direction:
β€’ Look at your to-do list
β€’ Plan your day
β€’ Start conquering tasks, one by one

You don’t need scrolling to start your day.
You need clarity.

There is no absolute TRUTH.

What is truth?
I reached a point where I realized this, truth doesn’t have a fixed, universal definition. It shifts… depending on who is looking at it.

Let me show you.
1) Religion Every religion claims β€œwe are the truth.”
- Christians say Christianity is the only true path. They are ready to prove it.
- Muslims say Islam is the ultimate truth. They are ready to prove it.
- Hindus say their tradition is the oldest and most authentic. They are ready to prove it.
- Atheists reject all religions and claim rational living is the truth.

So the question becomes: if everyone claims truth… who is actually right?

You can debate for decades, read countless books, and still end up where you started. Because in the end, most people believe what they were taught.

2) Lifestyle choices One man says: β€œA woman shouldn’t work.”
Another says: β€œShe absolutely should.”
Both have reasons. Both sound logical, from their own lens.
So again… who is right?

3) Job vs Business Some say 9–5 is slavery.
Others say business is a trap full of stress and uncertainty.
Both sides defend their choice.
So again… who is right?

4) Even in extreme cases When people commit atrocities, we call them wrong, and we should.
But from their perspective? They believe they are justified.

That belief is exactly why they act.
So what does this tell us?

Right and wrong are not always absolute.
They are shaped by:
Influence
Indoctrination
Beliefs
Knowledge

Now listen carefully, VT.
Life treats everyone differently, you can never see everyone acting in the same manner. But to live life in a better way, here is something for you.
- For me it doesn't matter to which community you belong to. But what matters is: are you following the principles of morality.

Learn to think, question, and evolve.

Our goal has always been simple: β†’ To live a peaceful, meaningful, and rational life.

So here’s a framework, something solid:
Definition of WRONG:
Anything that harms humans, the environment, or the world
Anything that promotes violence
Anything that divides people
Hatred based on religion, caste, region, or identity
Undermining or degrading others

Definition of RIGHT:
Promoting peace without division
Standing against harm and injustice

In simple words: If it harms, it’s wrong.
If it heals, it’s right.

This is where I stand:
My definition of truth comes from morality.
And morality begins where harm ends.

I need your favor.

I’m planning to add a section on our VT website where I’ll post weekly questions, and you can share their answers below each question.

As more people respond from their personal experiences, we’ll bring together different perspectives in one place. This will help the tribe grow through shared thinking and deeper understanding. And people can know other sides too from others minds.

For example, a question could be: Do you think we should sometimes have blind faith over something to bring peace, even if that thing isn't real, but still helps us in life?

I want this to become a space for open ideas and collective growth. Let me know your thoughts on this feature.

Also, should we include an audio option where people can speak their answers for max 2 mins instead of typing? It might help some express themselves more clearly.

Let’s grow the Variable Tribe together.

And I'm waiting for your ideas and response here @iamvariable

You Are Praying, Even When You Don’t Realize It

Every thought you repeat and believe in, is a prayer.
Not just the ones you say with folded hands, but the ones you whisper inside your mind all day.

β€œI’m tired.”
β€œI’m stressed.”
β€œLife is hard.”
And slowly… life starts feeling exactly like that.

Say β€œpeace” again and again…
and your mind starts choosing calm over chaos.
Ask for a better life…
and your actions begin to move that way.

If you say again and again "I am depressed", you will feel depressed. And if you say repeatedly in your mind, " I am brave", you will feel bravery.

Your subconscious mind doesn’t judge,
it simply builds around what you repeat good or bad.

I in my life stopped asking for many things.
I chose just one:
Peace.
In fear β†’ peace.
In pain β†’ peace.
In uncertainty β†’ peace.
And something shifted. Situations didn’t always change… but my experience of them did.

So I wrote my own prayer.
Not religious, not from a book but from awareness, for my better life and mind.
And I repeat it every day.

Be careful what you repeat internally.
Because your mind doesn’t know the difference between a complaint and a prayer.
Whatever you say and believe, mind prepares you for that.

Some say you should do X,
Others say you should do Y.
They don’t really know what you need to do.

It is you who knows what you are capable of and what your limitations are.

It's ok to take advices from others, analyze what others say about you. Maybe they figured out something in you which you can't see.

After analyzing what others say, find out what you have to do. Spend some time thinking and planning it, then bleed for it.

You are the engineer as well as the constructor of your life, draft the route on paper first, then construct that project in real.

Indoor Confidence and Outdoor Confidence

Confidence really matters if you want to become an exceptional and great person. Without confidence, you may suffer a lot.

But, but, but, here’s the catch.

Most people behave one way in front of their parents, siblings, and friends. However, when it’s time to act the same way in front of others, they’re unable to do it.

That’s why I’ve divided confidence into two types.

Before defining these two types, let me tell you what confidence is:

Confidence is the feeling of trust or belief in your own abilities, qualities, and judgment.

In simple terms, it means:

- You believe you can handle a situation
- You trust your decisions
- You feel sure about what you’re doing

Confidence is the beginning of your professional success.

I too suffered with confidence issues, but I figured out how to come out of it. In next few posts I will talk about confidence.

Tomorrow, I’ll tell you about these two types.

For now, I have to go. See you tomorrow...

Human nature is variable.
You don’t act the same everywhere.

In front of your parents, you are different.
In front of your friends, you become extroverted.
In front of your lover, you become romantic.
In front of your teacher, you become respectful.

And there is nothing wrong with that.
In fact, that is how it should be.

Some people say,
β€œBe the same in front of everyone.”

But honestly, that’s impossible.

How can you behave with your teacher the same way you behave with your lover?
How can you talk to strangers the same way you talk to your closest friends?

Life doesn’t work like that.

That’s why this is VariableTribe.
A constant personality is a fallacy.
Wisdom is not acting the same everywhere.
Wisdom is knowing how to act according to the situation.

Wise people understand environments.
They understand timing and behavior.

And confidence comes from this understanding.

Confidence is not loudness.
Confidence is knowing how to carry yourself in every room.

When you don’t know how to act in front of certain people, you become confused.
You hesitate and overthink.

But confident people are different.

They know when to be calm.
When to be bold.
When to speak.
When to stay silent.
When to lead.
And when to listen.

That is not fake personality.
That is social intelligence.

Indoor Confidence vs Outdoor Confidence

Most people already have indoor confidence.
Around close friends, cousins, siblings, or people they trust, they speak freely.
No fear. No overthinking.
Just natural confidence.

But the real challenge is outdoor confidence.
- Talking to strangers.
- Starting conversations.
- Speaking to elders.
- Approaching the opposite gender.
- Expressing yourself in unfamiliar situations.

This is where many people become nervous.
Their voice changes.
Their mind overthinks.
Their confidence disappears.
And because of this, they miss opportunities.

The truth is, your growth begins the moment you become comfortable outside your comfort zone.

Once you develop outdoor confidence:
β€’ Networking becomes easier
β€’ Opportunities increase
β€’ Communication improves
β€’ Your personality becomes stronger
β€’ You stop doubting yourself
Yes, it takes time.
Especially if you are an introvert.
But confidence is not something people are born with.
It is built through repetition, discomfort, and experience.

Start small. One conversation at a time. One step outside your comfort zone every day.
Because the world rewards people who can express themselves confidently.

Remember: The first step to remain confident is to kill fear of anything in your life.

One of the most powerful lessons in this audio is about confidence, something that can truly elevate your confidence, if you work on it.

I demonstrated one parameter practically.

Don’t miss it.
Listen till the very end, because the best part might be exactly what you need to hear.
