As a history nerd, I have explored the history of England, France, Germans, Europe and Asia. Henry VIII is significant figure in England's history. He broke with the Catholic Church and Pope, just because they didn't allow him marry Anne Boleyn. He was famous for many things but specifically for being terrible husband to his 6 wives.
•His first wife was Katherine of Aragon, Spanish princess. He was married to her for 24 years, then divorced her because he was interested in Anne Boleyn, besides she couldn't give him a son. He firmly believed a daughter couldn't rule England, only a son would do. - DIVORCED
•Most people hated Anne Boleyn (absolute diva), his second wife. In that time, if you were a successful and powerful, educated women, people called you witch and burned yo (patriarchy dawgs. and people still ask why there weren't any female scientists. well, if you were educated women who were better than men, you were burned. fragile ego of a man couldn't handle woman being better). Desensitization is when something harmful gradually becomes normalized. It usually happens when we overlook a situation, make jokes and memes about it, or try to insert our “dark humor” into it.

Or let’s dive into history. Remember the collapse of the USSR? Our history teacher told us that the last leader of the USSR, Gorbachev, was a terrible ruler. He was so unpopular that people made jokes about him in stand-up comedy and TV shows. His reputation declined, which affected his position. People were no longer afraid of him. This was one of the factors that contributed to the destabilization of the USSR during his time. I don’t know how accurate this story is, but it’s an example worth considering.

Now, I have a question for Muslims.
We all know that, near the Day of Judgment, Dajjal will appear on Earth and mislead people. “A real Muslim won’t be tricked by Dajjal.”

But what if this creature is incredibly deceptive? What if we ourselves make it easier for him to trick us?
Imagine people making fun of Qiyamah, the Day of Judgment. The fear we have of it gradually decreases, and we stop worrying about it. What if our “memes” and “just jokes” are what mislead us away from our deen and into the hands of Dajjal?

These are the traits that make me dislike a person. Yet, I hate myself for sometimes being one of them.
We have such a narrow concept of these words.
Said hypocrisy, we often think of criticizing a specific action while doing it ourselves. For instance, a person calling everyone to be religious, writing books about it, and openly expressing their "disgust" at certain actions WHILE doing exactly those actions in private. Do you know how some criminals mask themselves? They act as activists, religious people, poets, or writers who preach against the very actions they themselves are secretly committing. Somebody writing a post about how gross and horrid pedophilia is makes you think that they hate pedophilia and aren't a pedophile. But what if they are actually one in disguise?
However, the worst example of hypocrisy is when we cannot accept the red flags of our close ones. It is such a great ability, in fact. Not everybody can acknowledge, notice, and accept the negative sides of the people they are close to.
You say you hate cheaters, but as soon as your close friend decides to cheat on their partner or cheat on a test, you close your eyes and suddenly become deaf and blind.

Now, let's learn how to embrace the negative sides of others without ignoring or avoiding them like the pathetic human beings we are. I will start first, with my own favorites:
• You support Palestine openly, but your girlfriend (Kim K) recently opened shops in Israel. And your fans (including me) argue that "It is not his choice; he can't force his girlfriend." - Lewis Hamilton, the GOAT I consider in F1.
• You don't need validation, and you speak up for women's rights. But you make more music about your haters than your fans. Hate is the strongest type of love, and you are showing more attention and care to your haters than to your fans. You also dress revealingly, even for a kids' show, and call it adultery when it's openly sexualizing women. But, of course, your fans (including me) always have something to defend. - Jennie, my fav idol.
• You were a great player, and your fans admire you for being charismatic. However, people ignore the fact that you are literally a cheater and a playboy. Fans (not me) argue that he shouldn't be cancelled for "just" cheating. But, oh, wait until you're the one getting cheated on, and suddenly it's not "just" cheating anymore. - Neymar Junior.

• You say you hate nonchalant people, careless people, rude people, and aggressive people. But, in reality, you are not really different from them. - myself.

The people I mentioned are literally my favorites. And there are considerable arguments to defend them. But crime is crime. You could be a great football player and face rape allegations, and your fans will still love you. The same fans who will lose their minds if their daughter gets raped.
So, I noted down the redflags of my favs, now what? Are they going to no longer be my fav now? That is the fear everybody have. You can analyze their toxic traits but then what? You are more scared of what will happen after you notice them than actually noticing it.

Sometimes, ignoring other people's red flags might be YOUR biggest red flag. It is such a toxic trait. So, feel free to analyze them. Don't feel guilty when you do. Feel guilty when you don't.

On the topic of religion, is it just me or do you all feel so impure and undeserved of praying and asking forgiveness from God? Whatever you do, you feel sluggish and tired. You have such low energy and you do realize you are a sinner, but have no choice to undo the action you have committed. You realize nothing really matters - looks, money, materials and status. All the little things that give us temporary dopamine is just source of keeping our rotten and withered souls lightened for some time.
So nothing really matters, right? Then, why are we so worried about the tomorrow that is not even promised to us?
