Job Description – Local Technical Support
IDEMIA a multinational secure identity company with core expertise in biometrics, cryptography, systems, analytics, and smart devices is looking for Local Technical Support (LTS) for Payment Services business unit.
The primary role of LTS is the technical interface between customers and IDEMIA in CIS region.
Requirement:
- Advanced English and fluent Russian language, Uzbek is optional.
- Technical background with 1-2 years of experience in IT industry or related area.
- Strong sense of urgency and collaboration with various internal and external teams to complete the tasks
Responsibilities:
- Provide online-onsite customer technical support & expertise on PKI, HSM, and card testing process.
- Create and manage Card Personalization System (CPS) Card Production Profile and Electrical Chip Profile
- Maintain relationships with the customer technical team, International payment systems (VISA, MC) and customers` personalization system vendors
- Deliver technical marketing presentations of company's current and future products and solutions
- Support the Sales team on technical sections of tender requirements.
Working conditions:
- Full time 5/2, 9:00-18:00
- Salary starting 1,200 USD
- Insurance package
- Business travels
