Experienced IT Business Analyst for remote work

Applied Labs (appliedlabs.io) is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing distributed team of IT professionals in its effort to provide software solution development and maintenance services for ever growing financial industry in the US and Europe. This position will provide the member with experience using innovative, market-leading tools and methodologies.


Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in conference calls
- Conduct requirements analysis to determine the needs of a stakeholder or the feasibility/scope of solutions.
- Process and business analysis and diagraming
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the project phase plans
- Document functional and other requirements based on customer or business partner feedback on moderately complex projects.
- Develop and define requirements using best-practice techniques (interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, prototyping, mock-ups, etc.).
- Identify options for potential solutions, prioritize them based on business value, and present findings to client representatives.
- Communicate complex and technical information to the client in business terms.
- Document and manage requirements through the Agile Development Lifecycle.


Required qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (!)
- 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience
- Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, including gathering and defining requirements, creating user stories, and maintaining documentation
- Experience managing detailed work across multiple work-streams
- Experience building a strong relationship with clients and team members
- Ability to become Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business domains
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate and present data, analyses, and business recommendations

About the project:

SynthOS is Cloud Based SaaS application that manages orders for Radiologists and can resolve clients’ issues. Clients are hospitals and groups of hospitals that are situated in different countries around the world.
This product team develops a Node.js / Angular web application, the product is in the healthcare field. All deployments are containerized in a large distributed architecture. We have co-developed a Healthcare API with Google that is central to our solution.

Let's talk about You:

-Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand product requirements.
-Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write product manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
-Capture and document data user stories, use cases, and workflows.
-Understand business markets and conduct market research in support of product development.
-Understand and improve business workflow.
-Prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholder meetings.
-Organize and support internal and external meetings, including developing agenda, sharing materials, taking notes, and tracking action items.
-Work with other analysts to roll out process improvements.

Требования:
