Profi seeking an experienced UX Researcher to drive qualitative and quantitative research to result in a measurably and delightful user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and run research studies such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, observations, diary studies, card sorting, etc;
- Source, screen and recruit research participants for UX studies;
- Oversee all research activities in product to ensure our methods are rigorous, appropriate, and maximize the impact of our findings;
- Work with designers on prototypes and scenarios used in UX studies. Communicate research results and help influence design decisions;
- Facilitate research debriefs, brainstorming exercises, and/or other workshops;
- Communicate insights and evangelize the voice of the customer across the company;
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape the future of our products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as UX Researcher or similar role, preferably in a SaaS application environment;
- Advanced English (C1 or higher);
- Experience of both quantitative and qualitative research methods;
- Experience conducting full-cycle research (study design, user research recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting);
- Experience working with online survey tools ;
- Experience working with remote user testing tools ;
- Experience working with analytics tools;
- Confidence in dealing face-to-face with test participants, and in presenting and explaining insight to stakeholders;
- Ability to facilitate group meetings and workshops;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience using Figma and other prototyping and design tools.
