Hey there, it's Sasha speaking. 👋

Finally, we've got a channel dedicated to all things UX in Moldova and beyond!
🇲🇩

You might be wondering, "Why do we need this, and why isn't a Telegram group enough?" 🤔

Well, first off, we've got a massive community of 340+ people and that number just keeps growing! 📈 Second, and honestly the most important part, is that a group just isn't efficient when it comes to announcements and news I want to share. Groups tend to get buried in the noise on Telegram (and yeah, we can get pretty noisy 🐱).

So, I'm encouraging you to subscribe and unmute this channel. 🔔 I promise not to spam you too often, and every post here is going to make a difference! 💪

Sincerely yours,
Sasha, Chief Barista ☕️ UX coffee

Hey folks! ☕️

It’s officially Day 1 of microCON 26! We’re kicking things off tonight with a much-needed reality check on the industry's favorite buzzword.

Sasha Pleshco is taking the virtual stage for "Beyond pixels: using AI to cut the right corners (EN)".

Let’s be honest: when deadlines are brutal, the first thing out the window is usually the user experience. But what if we used AI to handle the tedious grunt work instead? We’re skipping the theoretical hype and diving straight into practical, everyday workflows that actually save your sanity and speed up your process.

Stuck in a late handoff meeting and can't make it live? Don't stress it. Your ticket includes full access to all session recordings until the end of June. You can watch, pause, and rewind whenever you need to.

Hey folks! ☕️

It’s Day 2 of microCON 26!

According to our annual research, two of the biggest daily challenges local designers face are brutal deadline pressure and toxic, unpredictable stakeholder management. Today, we look at these headaches from a completely different angle.

Tonight, Cornelia Bicherschi takes the virtual stage with a highly unorthodox session:
👉 What anxious avoidant dynamics teach us about product & stakeholders (EN)

We are stepping away from pixel-pushing to look at the psychological traps hidden inside product teams. Cornelia will break down how anxious-avoidant relationship dynamics mirror the daily friction between designers, product managers, and stakeholders—and how understanding this can help you protect your sanity and your design decisions.

Got caught in an emergency alignment loop tonight?
No stress. Your ticket gives you full access to all session recordings until the end of June, so you can rewind and analyze the advice at your own pace.

Five nights of deep, raw design realism for 10 EUR.

Hey folks! ☕️

It’s Day 3 of microCON 26!

Let's face it: the pristine design processes you learned in courses rarely survive contact with actual stakeholders. Our 2025 research showed that local designers are constantly battling a "poor quality or incomplete design brief", heavy "corporate bureaucracy", and "unrealistic deadlines".

Tonight, Ivan Omelco is taking the mic for a much-needed industry reality check:
👉 Adaptability as the ability to withstand reality (RU)

When your perfectly planned sprint falls apart and the company's UX maturity is zero, your frameworks won't save you. Adaptability will. We are talking pure survival skills for the real-world product trenches.

Got stuck putting out fires at work and can't make it live? Your ticket includes full access to all session recordings until the end of June. Rewind, pause, and watch whenever you have the time.

5 nights of raw design insights. 10 EUR.

Pour your second cup, it’s Day 4 of microCON 26! ☕️

Our 2025 research confirms this: "ignoring user research" and "unrealistic deadlines" remain major structural obstacles in our local market. We all know the pain of trying to advocate for users when the business wants an MVP delivered yesterday.

Tonight, Ana Trinchinet is stepping in to give us a reality check:
👉 Lean UX Research for an MVP: Real Experience (EN)

Forget massive budgets and three-month discovery phases. Ana is dropping the theory and showing us exactly how to pull critical insights from the trenches, proving value without slowing down delivery.

Stuck late at the office fixing a "poor quality design brief"? Don't stress. Your ticket includes full access to all session recordings until the end of June, so you can rewatch the breakdown whenever you have the time.
5 intensive nights. 10 EUR.

t’s Day 5 of microCON 26! 🏛️

When we ran our annual community research, one of the loudest frustrations from local designers was the agonizing struggle with low UX maturity and a complete lack of design processes in the market. It’s easy to complain about it in a private chat, but how do you actually fix it on a national scale?

Tonight, Ramona Ziemann and Eugene Lazarev from e-Governance Agency Moldova are stepping up to show us exactly how it's done:
👉 Rewriting the rules: How Moldova’s National Design System changed the way how the government is building digital services (EN)

This isn't about pushing pixels or building another standard component library. It's a raw, behind-the-scenes look at how GovTech is scaling human-centered design to change how an entire country builds digital services.

Got stuck in a late-night production deployment and missed the live stream? Don't worry. Your ticket unlocks full access to all session recordings until the end of June. You can pause, rewind, and study the system architecture whenever you have a quiet moment.

5 nights of intensive design reality checks. 10 EUR.
