📌 Important Notes before Reporting the Concern to ITS
• Kindly make sure that you are part of the dean’s list from Term 3, AY 22-23 or an advanced enrollee
• Kindly cross-check your Term GPA (TGPA) from Term 3, AY 22-23
• Kindly make sure that you have pre-enlisted
📌 ITS Enrollment Problem Report Form (Animo.sys)
