For students with ID 122 and below, we have raised the concern regarding the inability to enlist in PE courses due to the reflection of old course codes in the system.

The Archers Hub Team is currently working on resolving this issue by updating and reflecting the new course codes for PE subjects.

[📢 OVPIA x WELFARE UPDATE: CLARIFICATION ON FINAL SUBMIT]

Good Day, Lasallians!

If your enlistment status shows “Pending,” this means your selected courses have been successfully secured.

To fully confirm your enlistment, please make sure to click Final Submit in Step 2.

Please be guided on the following:
• Save & Next – allows you to secure your selected course/slot while still being able to make changes.
• Final Submit – allows you to confirm your enlistment; once clicked, you will no longer be able to edit your enlisted subjects during the enlistment period.

For students who have already clicked Final Submit, you may still add or drop courses during the Add/Drop Period, which will run from April 28, 2026 (8:00 AM) to May 2, 2026 (11:59 PM).

Please be guided accordingly to avoid any enlistment concerns. Thank you!

We would like to inform everyone that a proposal has been formally raised to the OUR and the Office of the Provost regarding the possible extensio of the enlistment calendar to a less condensed version. We will provide updates as soon as further information becomes available.

Furthermore, an updated enlistment schedule will be released via Canvas by the OUR to address and accommodate the system issues encountered this evening.

However, to ensure a smoother and more stable experience, the Archers Hub team has advised affected students to proceed with enlistment tomorrow at 8:00 AM instead.

Good morning, Lasallians!

We acknowledge your concerns regarding the sudden increase in LCC slots earlier around 2:00 AM. This matter has already been raised with the concerned admin, and the team will be reviewing the enlistment results today.

Based on initial coordination, the increase in slots will hopefully be around 7:00–8:00 AM, tomorrow.
