[PROVOST: Classes and Work in May 2026]

Good day, Lasallians!

Kindly be advised of the following schedules for the rest of the classes and offices at the month of May.

May 4-16 (Weeks 1-2 of Term 3)
- All classes shall shift online in abservance of the oil supply issues brought about by the conflict in the Middle East.
- Non-teaching personnel shall have a 4-day work from home and 1-day onsite work from May 4 to 16. The onsite work days shall be Wednesdays during this period.
- Campuses shall remain open but onsite operations of most offices (including Libraries) will only be during the onsite Wednesday schedule. Operations for most offices shall be online for the rest of the week.

May 18-30 (Weeks 3-4 of Term 3)
- All lecture classes (including PE and NSTP) shall continue to be online.
- Onsite classes for laboratories and onsite work days for most offices shall be held on May 18 (M), May 21 (H), May 26 (T) and May 29 (F). Departments and faculty are urged to optimize the onsite days and schedule advanced or catch-up lab sessions during these days. Students who have onsite lab classes are to be granted approved absence for their lecture classes in case the advanced or catch-up lab classes conflict with their lecture classes. Faculty members are required to provide materials on AnimoSpace to enable students on approved absences to catch up.
- Onsite exams may be given during the onsite days.
- Campuses shall remain open but onsite operations of most offices (including Libraries) will only be during the onsite schedule. Operations shall be online for the rest of the week.

[SETTLEMENT OF CLEARANCE FOR T2, A.Y. 2025-2026]

Good day, Lasallians!

The Office of the University Registrar would like to remind the academic community that starting April 6, 2026, students may already check their Archershub accounts for the Settlement of Clearances for Term 2, AY 2025-26. This is to ensure that students will be able to enlist/enroll and print their EAF for AY 2025-2026, Term 3.

The deadline for Settlement of Clearance is until April 15, 2026.

For questions and/or clarifications regarding pending clearances with office/s (i.e. OUR, OAS, SDFO, HSO, Accounting, Library, and Chemistry Laboratory), students are requested to coordinate with the office concerned for updating the clearance system. Please send an email using "Settlement of Clearances" as the subject line.

REMINDER: If the dropdown for the clearance hold is empty, it means that the student is cleared for the term. Otherwise, a clearance hold will be shown.

[CLARIFICATION ON CLEARANCES]

Students who have outstanding balances will not have a clearance hold under FAO.

However, clearance holds will still be applied from other offices such as OUR, AdSO, SDFO, etc.

With this, we are advising all students to check their clearance hold through Archers Hub. A tutorial is attached on the prior announcement.
