To apply for USA universities , you need some requirements such as SOP, CV, Enlish language proficiency, etc.
I'll describe those requirements in following days.

What is a statement of purpose?
A statement of purpose (SOP), in the context of applying for graduate school, is an essay that’s one of the most important aspects of your application because it tells the admission committee who you are, why you’re applying, why you’re a good candidate, and what you want to do in the future. It’s sometimes called an SOP letter, application essay, personal background, objectives for graduate study, cover letter, or something similar to one of these.
The statement of purpose reflects not only who you are as a candidate, but your writing abilities as well. In college and graduate school, you’re going to be doing a ton of writing. Seriously a ton. It was not unusual for me to write papers 10-20 pages or longer. With that in mind, it is really important to show that you are a truly competent writer. Some quick tips are:
Your statement of purpose shouldn’t have any spelling or grammatical errors
Use strong, clear, and concise writing
Avoid cliches and repetitive language
Stay away from overly informal language
Keep a positive and confident tone

This is the typical Reminder to the professors if yoy did not receive any answer from them
Do not apply to universities which you have minimum requirements of them.
For example: If they asked for GMAT and mentioned they need at least 700 out of 800 and yiu have 700 as the result or they asked for IELTS which your result for each skill should be more than 7 and you got all 7, your chances are extremely low to get acceptance.
Except universities which you have one professor attention behind you and you worked for your proposals with them or the professor gave you the positive answers. Also keep in mind that if the professor is in committee or have influences in committee, their positive answers will be helpful otherwise you are waisting your time with them.

**The 'Who, Why, Where, When, What, and How' of Recommendation Writing**
Effective recommendation letters contain the “Who, Why, Where, When, What, and How” that you may be familiar with from journalism. Modified for business correspondence, this means you should explain:
*Who you are writing for;
*Why you are willing to write on the person's behalf;
*Where and *When you worked with the person you're recommending;
*What is so special about the person (his or her unique strengths); and
*How he or she demonstrated these special qualities to you.

One of the things you should take into account when you apply for USA universities is your grades in American scale... American universities consider GPA as their system of grading... To convert your grades to this scale you could use following site...
