Not going to the doctor is incredibly dumb imo. Doing that, you're just asking to die from some form of cancer that could have been easily caught and cured at an earlier stage. If something is wrong with you, definitely go to the doctor and try to get blood tests and/or imaging done for it until you either find out what it is or that it's nothing to worry about.

That's not me saying you should take whatever garbage band aid fix medications they're going to give you, most of that junk belongs right in the trash, but definitely try to identify what's wrong quickly if you have something wrong with you.
