पाऊल, दिल्लीस्थित मराठी अधिकाऱ्यांचा उपक्रम, तर्फे तुम्हा सर्वांना कळवण्यास आनंद होत आहे की दरवर्षी प्रमाणे या वर्षीही आम्ही केंद्रीय लोकसेवा आयोग नागरी सेवा परीक्षा (UPSC CSE-2022)मध्ये महाराष्ट्रातून यशस्वी zalelya उमेदवारांसाठी सत्कार कार्यक्रम आणि तुमच्या सर्वांसाठी मार्गदर्शन सत्र आयोजित करत आहोत.
या वर्षी ही कार्यक्रमाची पाचवी आवृत्ती असेल..
हा कार्यक्रम श्री ज्ञानेश्वर मुळे सर IFS (निवृत्त)आणि श्री आनंद पाटील सर, IAS तसेच अनेक वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली आयोजित केला आहे.

या कार्यक्रमात UPSC सनदी सेवा २०२२ आणि भारतीय वनसेवा २०२२ मधील जवळपास ४० हुन अधिक गुणवंतांचा सत्कार समारंभ असेल, सोबतच हे यशस्वी गुणवंत आपणाला UPSC संदर्भात जसे की पूर्व परीक्षा, मुख्य परीक्षा, निबंध लेखन आणि मुलाखती संदर्भात मार्गदर्शन करतील.

मागील वर्षाच्या प्रतिक्रियेनुसार, आम्ही या वर्षी एक खुले सत्रही आयोजित केले आहे ज्यामध्ये तुम्ही तुमच्या तयारी संदर्भातील प्रश्न, शंका याबाबत विचारू शकता आणि तुम्हा सर्वांना यशस्वी गुणवंतांना प्रत्यक्ष भेटून
बोलायची संधी सुद्धा असेल.
याबरोबरच अनेक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी आपणासोबत हितगुज करतील.

Anyone who has appeared for 1/2/3 interviews or appeared for 2-3 mains having excellent score in prelims??? ( And has some free time )

Someone asked me, what constitute a good answer. According to me any answer should address what is being asked in the question.

The difference in checking between any coaching evaluators and UPSC evaluators is that they don’t focused much on facts, figures, committees, intro, conclusion or whether you have written a particular value addition point or not. Rather they focus more on whether you have addressed the demand of the question or not. Whether it presents a complete picture to the question being asked or not.

After analysing many answers, a good answer should have:

1) Time Management and Space allocation based upon the degree of importance to the different part of the question. Some part of question has more weightage than other parts. Space should be allocated accordingly

2) Presentation and format: the handwriting should be legible and good. Underline, Making Boxes, Flow charts and diagrams enhances this.

3) Context: Hitting the nail directly- answer the question directly and address the demand. Initial one may get the feeling that if one answers the question directly then he/she may not write the entire page. But with practice, one can fill the space at the same time write contextually.

Putting forward valid argument first and then substantiating with facts is very important

4) Coherency: the answer should have the logical flow. Sub heading should be made from the question itself. If the question has been asked about the challenges then after writing all the challenges, the answer should contain some way forward.

Example of Logical flow format is Prospects-Issues/Challenges-Way forward (+-+). Ending should be in optimistic/positive direction. Generally question is asked in a logical flow.

5) Value addition: Now facts/figures/committees/diagrams/flow charts should be added in support of the arguments put forward and shouldn’t replace it.

Finally a good conclusion helps in giving a sense of completion. Apart from broad aspects, it is important to include the language of question in concluding your answer !!

Those appearing for mains -

* Hope all of you have reached and having comfortable stay near your exam centre.

* Most important - Take care of your health in these 10 days.. Eat well, stay hydrated, sleep well.

* Take care of your mental health - Don’t discuss answers, don’t think about what you have written and what you should have written.. Focus on what’s in your hands.

* First focus should be on writing 1750/1750. No excuse. Period.
Secondly - Be sensible and write what has been asked not what you know

* Don’t feko, beating around the bush etc at least in initial 1-2 questions

* Whatever you have studied till now is enough to write best answers so relax and revise moderately

* Every paper, every question and every minute in exam hall is crucial and has the potential to bring you in the final list. So don’t get bogged down by some difficult and surprising questions. Don’t panic.

*Now it’s more about your temperament and how you handle yourself in these 10 days.

Feeling anxious, I should have read that this, I should have got some days more etc etc are very common thoughts.. it’s very normal.. this is the time to give your 100% and i’m sure all of you will do your best.
