Key for maximizing score in prelims (Tricks)
● ELIMINATION TECHNIQUE: In many questions, even if don’t have full information about the question, you can easily solve it by elimination technique. In 2019 Prelims, one
question was asked on PVTG. If you know that there are 75 PVTG, you can easily solve this
question without knowing anything about other 3 statements given in the question.
● DON’T READ THE OPTIONS IN HURRY: We sometimes don’t read options well. Or read in a hurry. Sometime even a single clue/ piece of info will lead you to correct option.
● Use internet
-Whenever come across any strange word while reading, just google it.
-Kindly google images and videos of dances, music, puppetry, architectural monuments etc. Don't just mug up the facts related to them.
-Videos are very useful in understanding science and technology concepts. Eg. Gene editing, Li-Fi, etc. Use YouTube for that.

● Black hydrogen - produced by the use of fossil fuel
● Pink hydrogen - produced through electrolysis, but using energy from nuclear power sources.
● Grey hydrogen - produced from natural gas.
● Green hydrogen - the emerging novel concept, is a zero-carbon fuel made by electrolysis using renewable
power from wind and solar to split water into hydrogen and oxygen. This ‘Green hydrogen’ can be utilized for the generation of power from natural sources — wind or solar systems — and will be a major step forward in
achieving the target of ‘net zero’ emission.
