This data allows for more cuts next year, which is positive for BTC. However, with unsupportive flows, and with it likely being the case that we see a lack of risk-taking going into year-end, we still expect prices to chop in the near-term.
What we'd like to see is prices move up in today's US session and also tomorrow's. That would suggest to us that the market is running with this, and we might see the flows improve off the back of this.

For now, we're still cautious, but we're now monitoring this much more closely. We're staying on the view that price can retest $77k-$82k. An invalidation of this would be if the flows improve over the coming days, particularly if the market can hold onto, and run with today's narrative of: prioritising the labour market, rather than inflation, and therefore more cuts in 2026 can come.

ETH: To keep the direct upside momentum intact, the price should ideally hold above $3049. A rejection from the 100% extension target at $3143 is not particularly surprising. This is a strong resistance level. So far this is a 3-wave pullback from yesterday´s high. A break below $3049 would indicate that a more substantial pullback is unfolding and this would put us into no-man´s land short-term.

BTC: Bitcoin continues to extend in wave 3. Micro support is located between $90,488. I still assume the price should reach the $97,000 - $98,000 before wave iv is complete. No change to the scenario.

FET: At the moment there is not much I could add to the analysis because the price is in a nicely unfolding third wave. Wave 4 could start at any time but a break below $0.249 will indicate that the upside reversal attempt has failed.

ETH: While the yellow B-wave scenario can be seen as complete, we only have a 3-wave pullback so far and support is still holding. To keep the uptrend intact, which started on December 18th, the bulls need to show up in this region. Key spot here.

BTC: This is so far a 3-wave pullback, but one more low would look more like a 5-wave decline as per the orange scenario. Overall I am not convinced yet that wave iv is complete. As mentioned, we might just deal with a more complex wave iv.

ETH: We might see a test of the $3148 - $3253 micro resistance over the coming trading sessions. A break above $3253 would reduce the likelihood of the 1-2 setup to the downside. Please note that we don´t have a 5-wave move to the downside yet, so I cannot clearly lean towards a bearish scenario yet.

SOL: The Solana chart continues to suggest that another low may still be required before the corrective phase is completed. Within the orange scenario, price is still tracking a C-wave to the downside as part of a larger wave iv correction. This interpretation remains valid as long as the structure continues to unfold in a corrective manner. At the same time, even within the white scenario, the current decline can still be counted as an A-wave, which also allows for another low before at least a B-wave recovery begins or before a fifth wave to the upside can develop.
From a short-term perspective, a further decline into the 81.00 USD to 90.00 USD region appears likely. So far, there are no structural signals that indicate a direct bullish continuation. The absence of impulsive upside movement keeps the downside scenarios active and limits confidence in a completed correction.

BTC: The price is still extending in wave 3 and we are getting closer to the 100% extension target. If we don´t see a bearish reaction in the next 24-48 hours, more bullish interpretations will likely come into focus, such as a large B-wave rally as discussed many times in recent weeks. But as mentioned many times, until now all of these scenarios shared the same micro structure. We are now in a decision zone.

BTC: Not really any new developments so far. Micro support is still holding and the pullback from yesterday´s high is unfolding as clear 3-wave pattern so far. So as long as the price forms only 3-wave movements to the downside and micro support is holding, I can watch for one more high to form before this wave iv completes.
