The visualization team at Betopia properties focuses on creating high-end, mostly exterior, photorealistic visualizations. Due to an expanding portfolio, the team seeks an expert Visualizer with a couple of years of experience and an architecture background. The position is based in Addis Ababa.

As a full service real estate and property service company. Betopia is presently engaged in developing a range of residential and commercial units using state of the art designs and an in house team of experts. Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent up to date knowledge of Lumion, V-Ray engine and 3D Studio Max skills
• Advanced skills in Photoshop postproduction
• Editing in Premiere
• Advanced skills in After Effects
• Knowledge of Animation in 3D Studio Max
• Professional degree as an Architect is an asset
• Has excellent design and graphic skills with ability to communicate ideas clearly
• Highly skilled production of visualizations and making presentations
• Is ambitious, a collaborative team player and flexible
• Concept illustration, proposals and good sketching skill
